SPECIAL WARNING

Before using,the pump must be reliable earth touch.Don’ change the three—core wiring plug to avoid the power leakage.To make sure everything safe please u must install some security measures,such as:the power leakage-broker or electric shock blocker and so on.

1. Earth wiring and nil wiring must be separated.If no reliable earth wiring, the accident will be no business with us. This type water pump’ s plug feet,if “L” is Live Wiring,” N” is Nill Wiring, the longest oneis “E” earth touch wiring.Customer must pay attentionto the connection to the plug,when you install the Three-core socket. Here we absolutely forbid u:unite the Nilwiring and Earth Wiring together, which canmake power leakage dangerous.
2. Don tuse blanket cover the motor or the pumps.Keep ventilation toavoid fire dangerous.
3. If you install our pump outdoor,please u should do some protectionmeasures.Or it will decrease the using life span because of the sun-baked and raining.Worst it can make electric shock accident. If you install our pump indoor, please avoid water spill to make electric shock;don’ tinstall install inside the bathroom to avoid the cream and water going inside.

Precautions

1. Because cool water type pressure pump is not equipped with wind-cooling or water— cooling system,in case of long~time work, motor May give out faint heat,feel at ease to use it.While the sum ofliquid temperature and ambient temperature should not exceed 70T, for hot water type pressure pump,the sum should not beOver 100C,

2. During installation, pay attention to that the direction of arrow on the automatic switch must coincide with that or the pump.Normally,automatic switch is installed at the water outlet of pump.At the water inlet of pump,the mating filter screen provided by thecompany should be installed to prevent foreign substance in thepipe from affecting the normal running of impeller o the failure ofautomatic switch. When water flow is obvious less tha that of installation or automatic switch starts intermittently,there maybetoo much foreign substance on the filter screen;You can dismount the filter screen and clean it.

3. Pump should be installed in the pipe with water flow,or else itcannot be operated automatically.During work,switch the pump to the automatic option;switch on the faucet is automatic start-up,switch off the faucet is automatic shut down.When water flow is tos Small to start up automatic controller,you can switch the switchetteto manual operation option to start up;After start up,you should switch it back to automatic control option
   Note: in some circumstances,normal water pressure is so low and pump cannot be started up;you can turn the adjustment knob on the automatic switch clockwise (towards lower pressure)a little.Be sure not to adjust excessively,or else the automatic switch will start up frequently.

4. The pump is not applicable for working in turbid water,and the content of sediment and impurity should not be over 0.1% .Or else,the impeller may be blocked that the automati switch may fail.

5. There should be no leakage at exhaust pipe,sanitary ware of faucet,or else the pump mdy work for long time or intermittently.

6. For 15GZ self-suction pressure pump,during installation,there must be mating check valve at the water inlet of the pump,When it is used for self-suction function, prior to first application,the Water tank of the pump must be fully filled with water.or else,self suction| function can not work.Later ,you do not need to fill the tank with water any more, the connectors of influent pipe must be sealed during pipeline installation, or else self suctio functing may be influenced.

7. Due to the small water tank of 156GZ pump,the faucet at water outlet should be over 50cr above the pump body,and it must have water have water between the tank and the fauce or else water suction effect may be affected.When it is used for self suction,the faucet at| water outlet must be opened in advance to release air;after several minutes,water can by sucked automatically. The speed of suction is up to the vertical height of the water defici in the pipe,and there should not be too many bends in influent pipelin.

8. Pump must be grounded reliably prior to application . To ensure safety,measures such aj installing electric shock protectors and residual current circuit breakers must be taken. Both indoor and outdoor installation must be waterproof to prevent electric shock accid: Please do not touch with hand during operation.

9. The pump should work within the nominal voltage scope of +5% to 10%.

10. The pump is not allowed to work without water for over 5 seconds, or else dry friction m destroy water seal and cause water leakage further.
