What is the Purpose of Our Strategic Plan?
The positive impact of this plan is its utility as a guide and navigational
tool for intentional and purposeful action, prioritizing initiatives and
services provided by the Library District as a high performing library.
The strategic plan is as much about reflectively sustaining what the library
already does well for its community as it is about thoughtful innovation.
