Product Usage Instructions

Installation
Please remove the protection tape before installing the product.

AMD CPU Installation
For AMD CPUs (AM5 / AM4 / AM3(+) / AM2(+) / FM1 / FM2), follow the steps below:

1. Remove the original bracket of AMD first and keep the backplate.
2. Place the AMD Stud x4 on the backplate.
3. Apply thermal grease on the CPU.
4. Align the water block with the studs on the backplate and press it down firmly.
5. Tighten the thumb screws in a diagonal sequence to secure the water block.

Intel CPU Installation

For Intel CPUs (LGA1851 / LGA1700 / LGA1200 / LGA115X /LGA1366), follow the steps below:

1. Apply thermal grease on the CPU.
2. Place the Intel Backplate Intel on the back of the motherboard.
3. Align the water block with the CPU socket and press it down firmly.
4. Tighten the thumb screws in a diagonal sequence to secure the water block.

Matters needing attention:

1. Please connect the ARGB port to the motherboard header or the ARGB controller.
2. The power port of pump head must be connected to AIO PUMP port, otherwise it will seriously affect the performance.
3. If there is no AIO PUMP port, please plug into the system fan port and set the port fan mode to PWM mode.
