Product Usage Instructions

Installation Instructions

1. Ensure you have all the parts listed below:
   • Outside handle
   • Wave-style transmission rod
   • Latch
   • Wood screws (4)
   • Strike plate
   • Plastic shell (optional)
   • Inside handle
   • Machine screws (2)
2. Prepare the door for installation:
   • Make sure the door thickness is at least 35mm (1-3/8) or more.
   • If required, change the handle setup for a left-hand door (refer to the next section).
3. Install the outside handle:
   • Align the outside handle with the pre-drilled holes on the door.
   • Secure the outside handle using the provided wood screws.
4. Install the latch:
   • Insert the latch into the hole on the edge of the door.
   • Ensure the latch is properly aligned with the strike plate.
   • Secure the latch using the provided screws.
5. Install the inside handle:
   • Align the inside handle with the pre-drilled holes on the door.
   • Secure the inside handle using the provided machine screws.
6. Install the strike plate:
   • Align the strike plate with the latch on the door frame.
   • Secure the strike plate using the provided screws.
7. (Optional) Install the plastic shell:
   • If desired, attach the plastic shell to cover the inside handle mechanism.

How to Change Handle Setup for Left-Hand Door

1. Turn the door handle upside down.
2. Use the provided Allen key to remove the set screw on the bottom of the lever(s).
3. Remove the levers from the spindle and swap their positions.
4. Reattach the levers.
5. Use the Allen key to tighten the set screws and secure the levers.
6. Turn the handle upside down to finish the setup.

TOOLS REQUIRED FOR NEW INSTALLATION

• 2 Phillips screwdriver

• Circular saw 54mm (2 1/8″) diameter
• Circular saw 26mm (1) diameter
• Drill
• Chisel (or router)
• Hammer (if use a chisel)

LATCH CONFIGURATION

Adjust the length of the latch to 60mm or 70mm depending on the required distance from the edge of the door to the axis of the latch.

Installation Instructions

• Step 1: For doors without handle holes, mark and drill by the template provided.

Step 2: Insert latch to mark the rectangle shape of the front plate. Then use a chisel or router to remove 3mm (approx. 1/8″) deep on the edge of the door.

Step 3: Assemble the door handle with a latch.

Step 4: Place the strike plate on the door frame to mark the shape of it. A router is recommended to remove 1mm deep of material on the door frame for strike plate-only installation. If planning to use the plastic shell to cover rough cutting, please remove 2mm deep of material on the door frame.

How to Change Handle Setup for LEFT Hand Door

1. Turn the door handle upside down.
2. Use provided Allen key to remove the set screw on the bottom of the lever.
3. Pull the lever off the spindle then rotate the lever 180°.
4. Reattach the levert.
5. Use Allen key to tighten the set screw to secure the lever.
6. Turn the handle upside down to finish the setup.

1. Turn the door handle upside down.
2. Use provided Allen key to remove set screws on bottom of levers.
3. Pull levers off spindle then swap both levers.

6. Turn the handle upside down to finish the setup.
