From 03/01/2015, DOCOL guarantees an unlimited warranty on its products
regarding defects in materials and manufacturing processes, for use in
residential installations under normal conditions in accordance with Brazilian
standards applicable to the product as long as it belongs exclusively to the
original buyer (buyer who made the purchase), with the presentation of
purchase tax document or registration made on the website
www.docol.com.br/garantia within 3 (three)
months after purchasing the products
DOCOL.
To maintain the warranty on Docol products, any maintenance must be carried
out by DOCOL Authorized Technical Assistance who is accredited to perform
exchange services for original spare parts or products.
During the first 10 years from the date of purchase validated by the invoice
or registration on the indicated website, DOCOL ensures the coverage of the
costs of original spare parts and services provided by the Authorized
Technical Assistance network. After this period, DOCOL guarantees, without
time limit, the free shipping of original spare parts or a new product if it
fits in this warranty condition.
Docol is committed to solving problems resulting from failures in materials
and manufacturing processes applied to use in residential installations under
normal conditions in accordance with Brazilian standards applicable to the
product, as mentioned above. A Docol’s responsibility is restricted only to
shipping the component or product that presented a manufacturing defect. The
guarantee is applied from the date of acquisition, proven by presenting the
product purchase invoice and/or registering on the website
www.docol.com.br/garantia.
Warranty exclusion hypotheses:
-Lost parts;
-Parts damaged by improper handling, installation or use;
-Parts damaged by natural wear and tear, such as: sealing rings, retainers, wedges, sealing mechanisms, batteries, etc.
-Incorrect maintenance carried out by unauthorized people;
-Incorrect installations and/or specification errors;
-Products with foreign bodies inside such as: glues, lubricants, debris, thread sealing tape, tow, or that make it impossible to use correct operation;
-Products installed where the water presents impurities, debris or contains foreign substances that may cause harm operation;
-Use of non-original parts;
-Adaptation and/or non-original factory finish;
-Damage caused to finishes by cleaning with corrosive liquids, solvents, cleaning with abrasive materials, improper handling, bumps, falls, installation in environments with an aggressive atmosphere and lack of periodic cleaning.
We ensure the supply of replacement components until the product is sold. If
marketing ceases, the DOCOL will maintain the replacement offer for its
product line for a reasonable period of time, in accordance with the law.
The contractual guarantee will comply with the terms established herein, and
the transfer of the guarantee to another consumer is prohibited, regardless of
whether the consumer has used it.
IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS:
-For parts damaged by natural wear and tear, a 5 (five) year warranty period will be considered.
-Products installed in public places, for collective use and/or external environments will have a specific warranty period of 5 (five) years (except electronic products).
-Electrical/electronic products and products installed for industrial use will have a warranty period of 1 (one) year.
-DOCOL will not be responsible for costs arising from inadequate installation and maintenance problems, and the use of replacement parts non-original replacement.
-Some products, due to their characteristics, have a specific warranty period, different from the time stated in this term. In this case,

-The unlimited warranty is not valid for purchases made through construction companies. For this purchase, the guarantee will be 10 (ten) years.
-Parts with surface finishes executed through paint or varnish will have a 5 (five) year warranty period.
-For periodic cleaning, weekly cleaning with damp flannel and neutral soap is recommended. Products based on of chlorine (hypochlorite, bleach, etc.), and the use of steel sponges is not recommended. Eventually it may be silicone-based automotive wax was applied.
If the warranty is not characterized, the responsibility for any burden will
be on the consumer.
DOCOL is always seeking technological improvement in its products. Therefore,
you can change your products whenever you think necessary, without prior
notice.
This warranty is granted for products purchased and installed in the national
territory.

Care and cleaning
Use only soft cloath, water and soft soap once a week. Car wax can be
applied occasionally. Do not use abrasive products.
If necesary, a flannel with alcohol may be used for final cleaning.
