CWS 7500-REV 2.5 and REV 4 Wiring to Relay Box Instructions
Note : Used to cycle one each normally open and normally closed solenoid valves for use on a cleanwater backwash set-up.

Mount Relay box to wall near system

Remove the front cover of the control valve by spreading the tabs outward located on the sides of the cover.

Remove front cover and knock out plug. Run smaller control wire through port and secure using cable restraint.
Note : If you are connecting multiple systems, you will have a wire going in and a wire coming out of each control valve except for the last system. -
Connect the 2 wire leads to the common and normally open connectors as shown. Note the red colored wire is connected to the middle screw (common) and the black wire is connected to the outer screw (normally open).

Note : If you are hooking up multiple systems, use additional supplied wire to connect (daisy chain) the control valves together using the same middle common and normally open locations.

Re-install the front covers to the control valve.

nstall plug cables to each of the solenoid valves.

Plug in the solenoid box and control valve. Cycle valve to backwash. Solenoid valves should actuate open/close.
