Precautions for Batteries

• The unit has a built-in lithium battery and should never be exposed to fire or improperly disposed of.
• Follow all charging instructions and charge the battery at least every 3 months.
• Protect the battery from overheating and do not overcharge it.
• Never expose it to high temperatures and avoid damage and shocks.

Getting Started

Charging:

1. Plug the Pencil directly into the appropriate power port on your mobile device (tablet/phone/notebook).
2. Use the included USB charging cable and an AC charger to connect the Pencil to a power outlet.

Pairing:

1. Before using the Pencil for the first time, we recommend restarting the iPad.
2. Make sure the system version of the iPad is 12.2 or higher.
3. Open the settings on your iPad.
4. Navigate to ‘Apple Pencil” and uncheck the option ‘Use with Graffiti only with Apple Pencil’.
5. Go to “Bluetooth in the settings and disable the connection to the original Apple Pencil.
6. Select “Connect I-Pencil proa in the Bluetooth settings to make a connection.
   • Open settings > Bluetooth > select “I-Pencil pro” connect.
   • Turn on settings > Apple pencil > turn of graffiti using ADDIe pencil only

How to use

• Press the power button to turn on the 4smarts Pencil Pro 3 and start Bluetooth pairing with the iPad.
• Once a connection is established, the green LED will light up solid, indicating that the pencil is ready for use.
• Note that the 4smarts Pencil Pro 3 also works without a Bluetooth connection. So you can use it even if there is no pairing with the iPad.

If you are connected via Bluetooth, you can check the remaining power of your Pencil Pro 3 in real-time on your iPad. The tip is replaceable and can be removed by turning it counterclockwise.

Care and Maintenance

• Use only dry clothes for cleaning. The product is not waterproof.
• Do not clean with water.
• Do not open the unit and have it repaired only by a specialist.

Disposal Notification
