Operation
Charging
For optimal performance, it is recommended to fully charge the appliance before use. Follow these steps to charge:
- Connect the power cord to the power input on the epilator and plug the other end into a USB power adaptor.
- Plug the USB power adaptor into an electrical outlet.
- The charge indicator will turn on during charging. When the epilator is fully charged, the full indicator will turn on.
- Charging time is approximately 2 hours. A full charge allows for approximately 72 minutes of operation.
Turning the Epilator ON/OFF
To turn on the epilator, press the power button. The LED light will turn on. Pressing the power button again will turn the epilator off.
Attaching/Removing the Head

- Doing so may cause injury to the skin, infection, inflammation, bleeding or other trouble or worsening of such symptoms.
- Disconnect the adaptor from the household outlet when not charging. Failure to do so may cause electric shock or fire due to electrical leakage resulting from insulation deterioration.
- Disconnect the adaptor or the appliance plug by holding onto them instead of the power cord. Disconnecting by holding onto the power cord may cause electric shock or injury.
- Before using, ensure the disc, blade and frame are free from deformities, cracks and damage. Failure to do so may cause injury to the skin.
- If skin problems continue for 2 days or longer after treatment, cease using immediately and contact a dermatologist. Failure to do so may cause symptoms to worsen.

Charging
For best performance, fully charge the appliance before use. Note: You cannot operate the appliance while charging.

Connect the power cord to the power input on the epilator (a) and connect the other end to a USB power adaptor (not supplied) and plug it into an electrical outlet (b).
Note:
Recommended ambient temperature for charging is 15 – 35° C. The battery may not charge properly or not at all under extreme low or high temperatures. -
During charging the “charge” indicator will turn on. When the epilator is fully charged the “full” indicator will turn on.

Charging time is approximately 2 hours. A full charge will allow for approximately 72 minutes of operation. Note: These times may differ depending on ambient temperature.
- The epilator can remain on charge after the it is fully charged, however do not leave it connected to charger for more than 24 hours.
- When charging the epilator for the first time or when it has not been in use for more than 6 months, the time it takes to charge the epilator may increase or the charging indicator may not turn on for a few minutes. This is normal, keep the charger connected, the indicator will eventually turn on and begin charging.
Turning the Epilator ON/OFF
- Press the power button to turn the epilator on, the LED light will turn on.
- Pressing the power button again will turn the epilator Off.

For Best Results
- Epilation hair removal is not permanent, after your first removal it is recommend that you epilate your underarms approximately once a week and epilate your arms and legs once every two weeks.
- Trim hair before epilating for the first time or if you have not epilated for a long time. Hair removal is easier and less painful when the hair is short.
- Apply the epilator at a 90° angle to your skin.
- Ensure that the appliance is always in contact with your skin and press gently while moving it slowly against the hair growth.
- Massaging with a body puff after hair removal may help to prevent ingrown hairs.
- Reddening might appear after use. A cool towel will help with any pain and reduce irritation.
- If your skin gets dry after epilation, it is recommended to apply a moisturising lotion two days after epilation.
- Ensure skin is clean before and after use.
- It is recommended to operate appliance in an ambient temperature range of 5 – 35° C. If used outside this range, the appliance may stop operating.

Wet/Dry Epilation
This appliance is suitable for both wet and dry epilation.
- Dry epilation: Ensure that your skin is cleaned and free from any moisture or sweat before beginning the epilation process. Wipe away any water or perspiration on your skin to ensure optimal results.
- Wet epilation: This method allows you to conveniently remove hair while your skin is wet (after a bath or a shower), enhancing the overall experience.
Epilating Arms & Legs
- Attach the epilator head ensuring it clicks into place.
- Press the power button to turn on the appliance.
- Legs: Start from the bottom of the leg and move upwards towards the knee.
- Arms: Start from the outside of the arm and move inwards.
Epilating Underarms & Bikini-line
- Attach the sensitive area cap onto the epilator head ensuring it is firmly in place.
- Press the power button to turn on the appliance.
When epilating the bikini line, it is important to move in multiple directions as the hair growth pattern in this area can vary. To achieve effective results, gently stretch the skin with your fingers and proceed slowly from the inside towards the outside, going against the natural direction of hair growth. This technique helps ensure thorough hair removal and a smoother finish.
Shaving
- Before shaving, wipe away water or sweat on your skin.
- Attach the shaver head. Ensure that the outer foil is not deformed or damaged.
- Press the power button to turn on.
- Press gently so that the whole blade is in close contact with the skin and the surface of the blade does not move up and down.
Foot Care
This attachment is designed to be used to remove the calluses from your feet. This head not to be used on blisters, corns or warts. When filing your feet avoid the following:
- Filing an area too deeply. This can cause it to become sore or inflamed.
- Filing too large of an area. This can result in even larger calluses forming. Be sure to leave some of the hardened layer.
- The foot care head cannot be used in a bath or shower.
- Before use, be sure to fully charge the appliance.
- It is recommended to use the product within 30 minutes after bathing or showering. Wipe off any water from the skin.
- To avoid removing too much skin, file each foot for no more than 5 mins (10 minutes total).
Areas Suitable for Filing
Filing your Feet

Attach the foot care head by pushing down firmly until you hear a “click”.

Press the power button to turn on.

Bring the foot care head into contact with the skin and begin filling.
Note: Filling a single location for a long time can cause it to become hot with friction. To avoid this, be sure to make small changes in the filling position while filling. -
Filling should be performed about once every two weeks.
CLEANING & CARE
Cleaning
- Switch off and unplug the appliance before cleaning.
- Remove the head and any attachments from the main body.
- Ensure the removable heads and main body are cleaned regularly to keep them in a hygienic state.
- Do not use paint thinner, benzene, alcohol, etc. to clean the appliance. Doing so may cause failure, cracking or discoloration of the main body.
- Wipe with a cloth soaked in soapy water and wrung tightly.
Storage
- Store the appliance away from sinks, bathrooms or other high-humidity areas where it could be exposed to water and moisture after use.
- Store the appliance away areas where it will be exposed to high temperatures or direct sunlight.
Cleaning the Epilator & Shaver Heads
- Remove the sensitive area cap (if attached) and the shaver head foil.
- Using the cleaning brush, remove any hair and debris from the epilation head and the shaver head
Rinsing the Epilation & Shaver Heads

Remove the head from the main body.

Rinse the head with water and a mild detergent n(optional) to wash out any hair and debris.
Note: Do not use hot water. -
If using detergent, ensure it is thoroughly rinsed, otherwise a white deposit can accumulate and prevent the discs and the blades from moving smoothly.

Remove the foil and rinse the shaver head.

Wipe the appliance with a dry cloth and allow time for the heads and attachments to completely dry.
Foot Care Head
- Apply liquid hand soap to the central part of the file.
- Rinse any debris thoroughly with water or lukewarm water.
- Remove the head from the main body and rinse the inside of the head.
- Wipe the appliance with a dry cloth and allow time for the heads and attachments to completely dry.
Replacing the Shaver Foil
The outer foil of the shaver head should be replaced once a year.
- Remove the foil by pulling it away from the shaver head
- To replace the foil, push it onto the shaver head until it is firmly back in place.
Replacing the File
The file in the foot care head should be replaced once a year.
- Remove the file by pulling it away from the foot care head.
- To replace the file, press it firmly back into the foot care head.
Battery
The battery life is approximately 3 years if charged once a week. The battery in this epilator is not intended to be replaced by consumers. It will need to be replaced by an authorised service centre. Contact help.Kogan.com for support.
Battery Removal
Before disposing of the epilator, the battery should be removed and disposed on in accordance with your local environmental authority. The following steps should only be used when disposing of the epilator and should not be used for repair purposes. Dismantling the epilator will remove its waterproof feature, potentially leading to malfunctions. Press the power button to turn on the epilator and keep the power on until the battery is completely discharged. Ensure the power adapter is disconnected from the epilator before dismantling.
- Remove the rear cover.
- Release the 2 screws from the bottom of the epilator.
- Remove the motor from the main body.
- Carefully remove the battery taking care not to short-circuit it.
