Question1 : HiByMusic cannot find my WMA song file, or the song cannot be played.

Answer1 : M303 player does support music files in WMA format. When you use the HiByMusic player, you need to scan the songs all over so that the HiByMusic player can correctly identify the song name, artist, album and other categories, the steps are as follows: the M303 has two built-in music playing software.

One of them, HiByMusic, supports MP3/WMA/WAV/FLAC/OGG/AAC/APE/M4A, includes the WMA music format, you can update lyrics and covers when connected to WIFI. The other built-in music app only supports MP3/WAV/APE/FLAC/AAC/OGG, but it can playback of all songs in the supported music formats directly, without scanning.

Please Note:

1. If the duration of your music clip is less than 60 seconds or the music size is less than 500KB, it will be automatically filtered during scanning.
   If you do not want the song to be automatically filtered, please remember to cancel the check button in step 3.

2. Every time you save a new song, when you need to play it with HiByMusic Player, you need to rescan it. This is determined by the design properties of the HiByMusic player. [email protected]
   

Question2 : M303 MP3 player can’t recognize my micro SD card or after inserting the SD card, the data in the SD card cannot be found.

Answer2 : Hello, as shown in the attachment, when you insert the micro SD card, a memory card symbol will appear at the top left of the screen.
At this time, slide the notification bar down, and the memory card format request will appear. Follow the steps below to format the memory card, after this process, the system will recognize and memorize this memory card, and it will not be formatted again.

If the micro SD card is inserted for the first time and there is no response, please try to insert it several times more. Or consider other microSD card, to test whether there is a problem with the memory card, the MP3 player, or the two are incompatible.

Question3 : Nothing happens when the player is connected to computer with USB cable.

Answer3: Usually, use a USB cable to connect the player to the computer, an MTP device named Oilsky M303 will appear in the device and drive list of your computer. (The M303 player needs to be turned on for the computer to recognize the player device.)

Please note that M303 MP3 is not a mobile hard disk. You need to open the device and driver list of the computer, so that you will see the Oilsky M303 device, as shown in the following figure:

If you do this, but your computer still can’t read it, please follow the following steps for troubleshooting:

1. Check whether it is caused by poor contact:
   In most cases, such failure is caused by poor contact. You can repeatedly plug and unplug the USB cable to test whether the connection can be resumed.

2. Check if the USB cable is damaged.

   • You can replace a proven USB cable to connect the M303 player to Check if the connection can be restored. If it can, it means that the previous cable has been damaged.
   • You can also try to use the USB cable to connect other devices. If there is also no response, it means also that the damaged.
     Note : Some USB cables do not have data transmission and can only be charged normally.

3. Check whether the USB port is damaged:
   Connect the player to a computer with an available USB port by using a proven USB cable. If the fault persists, it means USB port of the player has been damaged. [email protected]

Question4 : How to transmit data?

Answer4 : Hello, there are two methods to achieve data transmission

2. Use the included USB cable to connect the player to your computer. The computer will automatically recognize the device and install the driver. After the installation is successful, Click “Computer”, you will find an MTP device named “Oilsky M303” in the list of devices and drives, click it to access the player’s internal/external SD card and its folders, like this
   

3. Copy the downloaded music or videos, e-books and other files from your computer and paste them into the target folder of “M303” device, just like using a normal USB flash drive.

4. Transfer from your phone:
   Transfer music or videos from Android smart phone to the player requires the Zapya app, you can download and install it from the App store.
   

The first is mindshare on Oilsky M303, the other is Zapya app that you should install on your mobile phone. [email protected]

Question5 : The font is too small.
