IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed to prevent risk of fire, electric shock, burns, or other injuries and damages.
- Before connecting your stand mixer, check whether the voltage indicated at the bottom corresponds to your local mains voltage, and make sure the dial is set to OFF.
- This unit must be earthed; it must be disconnected from the main socket when not in use.
- Do not use your stand mixer if any power cord, plug or part of the unit is damaged.
- Do not make any modifications in any way or try to extend the power cord.
- Do not pull the power cord with force or place it near sharp surfaces.
- Always use the stand mixer on a flat, stable, heat-resistant surface.
- Do not use the stand mixer near a heat source such as an oven or a gas burner.
- Do not use the stand mixer outdoors or for other than its intended use.
- Do not overfill.
- Do not touch the whisk during operation. Keep your hair, clothes and other parts of your body away from the whisk.
- Keep the stand mixer out of reach of children. Do not leave children unsupervised with the stand mixer.
- This stand mixer is not intended to be used by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance in a safe way and under- stand the hazards involved.
- Always switch off and unplug before cleaning or disassembling.
- Do not use attachments not recommended or sold by the manufacturer.
- Do not allow this unit to be exposed to rain or moisture.
- CAUTION : After mixing, let the appliance rest for 20-30 minutes before using again.

USING YOUR stand mixer
first use
- This device is designed for home use only.
- Before placing the bowl, check that the device is disconnected and the gear selector is in the “O” position.
- Please abide by the following instructions to achieve the best results and to keep your appliance in good working condition.
beater & kneader function

Press the button to open/close and then pull the top of the robot.

Install the accessory (whisk or hook) on the axis of the robot by engaging in the axis. Make sure they are in place before turning on the power.

Pour ingredients into the bowl. – Install the bowl on the base.

Press the button to open/close down the top of the robot. NOTE : It is always possible to put the ingredients in the bowl after installing it on the base.
Connect the unit and move the gear selector to the desired speed. NOTE: There is a Bowl Blocking / Unblocking function. It is used to make the bowl turn while the ingredients are being mixed. Unlock the bowl by positioning the lever to the left. Turn the bowl by hand carefully for a few seconds. After a short time, the bowl will rotate by itself, driven by the mixed ingredients and the moving whips. -
CAUTION : Do not put your hand in the bowl!! Risk of serious injury.
MIXING GUIDE
SPEED | DESCRIPTION |
---|---|
1 FOLD | This is a good starting speed for bulk and dry food such as flour, |
butter, and potatoes.
2 BLEND| Best speed to start liquid ingredients for mixing salad dressings.
3 MIX| For mixing cakes, cookies, and quick bread.
4 CREAM| For creaming butter and sugar. Beating uncooked candy, desserts,
etc.
5 WHIP| For beating eggs, cooked icings. Whipping potatoes, whipping cream,
etc.
BLENDER FUNCTION
- Install the blender as described above.
- Add ingredients to blend
- Connect the unit and turn the gear selector to the desired speed.
SUGGESTIONS
TO MIX OR KNEED THE DOUGH:
- Suggested flour and water at a ratio of 5/3
- From speed 1 for mix, 10 s and speed 2 for mix 10 second, afterward, speed 3 for about 3 minutes
- When filling the mixing bowl, please ensure that the maximum quality is not exceeded.
- The maximum quantity of flour is 1500g.
- The dough beater or mixer beater should be used.
WHIPPING EGG WHITES OR CREAM:
- Switch on speed 4 to speed 5, and whip the egg whites without stopping for about 5 minutes, according to the size of the eggs, until stiff.
- Maximum quantity 24 eggs.
- For the whipped cream, whip 250ml fresh cream at speed 4 to 5 for about 5 minutes.
- When filling the mixing bowl with fresh milk, cream, or other ingredients, please ensure that the maximum quality is not exceeded.
- The egg beater should be used.
MIXING SHAKES, COCKTAILS, OR OTHER LIQUIDS:
- Mix the ingredients according to the available recipe, from speed 1 to 5 for about 5 minutes.
- Do not exceed the maximum quantity for the agitator kettle.
- The mixer beater should be used.
MAXIMUM OPERATING TIME 5 MINUTES.
- Switch off and scrape the bowl with the spatula frequently.
- Eggs at room temperature are best for whisking.
- Before whisking the egg make sure there’s no grease or egg yolk on the whisk or bowl.
- Use cold ingredients for pastry unless your recipe says otherwise.
POINT FOR BREAD MAKING
- Never exceed the maximum capacity, otherwise, you will overload the appliance.
- If you hear the appliance laboring, switch off, remove half the dough and do each half separately.
- The ingredients mix best if you put the liquid in first.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
- Always turn off, unplug the device, and remove its accessories before cleaning.
- Clean the accessories with soapy water or in the dishwasher.
- Wipe the outside of the stand mixer with a damp cloth. Dry with a soft, dry cloth.
- Do not immerse the motor unit in water or other liquids, nor allow liquid to enter the stand mixer.
- Never put the motor unit in the dishwasher.
TROUBLESHOOTING
- If the stand mixer fails to work, unplug and check whether the parts are properly assembled.
- When using for the first time, it is normal for the stand mixer to produce a slight odor. If this happens again, check whether there are hard ingredients or if the unit is overheated.
- If the stand mixer produces strange noises or smoke, disconnect immediately by switching the device to “0” and unplugging from the power outlet. Call Customer Support on 1.855.926.2626.
