How to Use Your Coffee Machine
Coffee Mode
To make coffee using the Siphon Brewer 3-in-1 Vacuum Coffee Maker:
- Ensure that the coffee machine is clean and dry.
- Fill the blue crystal jar with the desired amount of water according to the water measurements provided in the user manual.
- Add the appropriate amount of ground coffee into the upper vessel’s permanent mesh filter.
- Place the upper vessel on top of the blue crystal jar, ensuring a tight seal.
- Turn on the coffee machine using the on/off switch.
- Wait for the coffee to brew and transfer from the upper vessel to the jar.
- Once the brewing process is complete, turn off the coffee machine and carefully remove the upper vessel.

Double Coffee Cycle
To make a larger quantity of coffee using the double coffee cycle:

Water Boiler Mode
The Siphon Brewer 3-in-1 Vacuum Coffee Maker can also be used as a water
boiler:
- Ensure that the coffee machine is clean and dry.
- Fill the blue crystal jar with the desired amount of water according to the water measurements provided in the user manual.
- Place the upper vessel on top of the blue crystal jar, ensuring a tight seal.
- Turn on the coffee machine using the on/off switch.

How to Disassemble?

HOW TO USE YOUR COFFEE MACHINE
- Never fill the jar below the minimum level, or above the maximum level.
- The most amount of coffee that should be put inside the upper vessel is 1.76 oz. (50 g).

- Allow your coffee machine to end the coffee cycle, since it is automatic and should not be stopped. The appliance will shut off as soon as the process ends.
- Do not use the appliance to boil if the siphon tube is still set into the jar or without the lid properly closed. The appliance itself will whistle when the water starts to boil.
- The vacuum siphon coffee machine is a gourmet brewing type that can be achieved through controlled and specific time and temperature so don’t reheat your coffee on this appliance. Water used to fill up the jar should always be at room temperature. The upper vessel should be clean with hot water and a soft sponge to keep its crystal-clear appearance.
- The coffee ground must be medium size (french press type), since very slender ground may clog the mesh filter.
PERFORMANCE INSTRUCTIONS
USE AND CARE
- This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug is intended to fit into a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to modify the plug in any way.
- Remember to untangle the electric cord before using your appliance every time.
- Do not use your appliance if every accessory is not correctly assembled.
- Do not use the appliance when the water level is below the minimum mark.
- Do not use the appliance if the on/off function is not working.
- Do not move or turn the appliance when in use or plugged.
- Do not fill up the jar above the maximum level of 28.16 oz. (0.8 l) when you use your coffee machine with the upper vessel to prepare coffee or tea, and 23.67 oz. (0.7 l) when you use the appliance as a water boiler. Also never exceed the maximum capacity of ground coffee which is 1.76 oz. (50 g).
- Remember always to unplug your coffee machine from the electric power source whenever is not in use, before you remove or change any accessory, and before you clean your appliance.
- Please take extreme precautions whenever you remove or manipulate your coffee machine parts, especially during or after use, since accessories might be extremely hot and may cause burn damage.
- Before every use, make sure the accessories are perfectly assembled, aligned and in perfect condition otherwise the normal operation of the appliance may be affected.
- Never leave your appliance unattended and plug it into the power source while is not in use; not only you will make your coffee machine last longer but also you will save energy.
- Remember to fill up the jar with water, assemble it completely before using it, put the ingredients, close the lid, and place the coffee machine on the heating plaque before plugging it into the power source.
- AFTER EVERY USE REMEMBER TO LET YOUR COFFEE MACHINE COOL OFF FOR AT LEAST 5 MINUTES BEFORE USING IT AGAIN.
HOW TO USE
- CAUTION: Before using your coffee machine for the first time make sure you read thoroughly this entire instructions manual and to clean your appliance according to the instructions mentioned on the cleaning part of “before using for the first time”.
COFFEE MODE
CAUTION:
Don’t turn the upper vessel handle or remove the upper vessel during the
brewing cycle, scalding may occur if the upper vessel or lid is removed during
the brewing cycle.
- Fill up the jar with room-temperature drinking water above the minimum level of 16.9 oz. (0.5 L) but below the maximum level of 30.43 oz. (0.9 L).
- Set the siphon tube inside the jar, with the circular part facing up, and line it up along with the jar gaps, turn the tube clockwise until it sets. (Fig. 1)
- Above the jar, set the upper vessel lining its mark up with the handle’s line. Then turn the upper vessel by its handle, clockwise until both handles match. (Fig. 2).
- Put the inside the upper vessel the mesh filter handling it with its insulating handle and make the flanges of the mesh filter align with the upper vessel gaps, finally, turn the mesh filter clockwise until it adjusts.
- Put the ground coffee in (maximum quantity 1.76 oz. or 50 g), according to the amount of water with which you filled up the jar, and then close the lid of the upper vessel.
- Place the appliance over the heating plaque then plug it into the power source.
CAUTION:
Don’t turn the upper vessel handle or remove the upper vessel during the
brewing cycle, scalding may occur if the upper vessel or lid is removed during
the brewing cycle.
ONE COFFEE CYCLE
- Turn it on by pushing the on/off button once, a blue light will turn on.
- Once the water reaches the perfect temperature, in about 5 minutes, the water will rise through the siphon tube up to the upper vessel. A few seconds after the water raising ends, the coffee brewer and its blue light will automatically turn off.
- When the infusion time ends, about 1 more minute, the water will descend suddenly to the jar, this means your coffee is ready!
- Your coffee maker will automatically complete the brewing process. This process mustn´t be interrupted, please don´t try to open or disarm your appliance until the complete cycle has finished.
DOUBLE COFFEE CYCLE
If you push twice the on/off button the coffee machine will perform two coffee cycles. You can do so whether you would like your coffee stronger, however, you must leave the two cycles to reach the end before you open or manipulate any part of your appliance.
- Turn it on by pushing quickly the on/off button twice. The blue LED light will start flashing.
- Once the water reaches the perfect temperature, in about 5 minutes, the water will rise through the siphon tube up to the upper vessel, when the infusion time ends, about 1 more minute, the water will descend suddenly to the jar, after that the water will rise again through the siphon tube.
- A few seconds after the second water raising ends, the coffee brewer and its blue flashing light will automatically turn off.
- Your coffee maker will automatically complete the brewing process. This process mustn´t be interrupted, please don´t try to open or disarm your appliance until the complete cycle has finished, that means that the coffee has already finished its second infusion process and it is completely down in the glass jar.
- Once the coffee cycle ends (either 1 or 2) your coffee machine will turn off. Please verify that the blue light is turned off, unplug your appliance, and remove it from the heating plate held by its handle.
- Steadily holding the jar by its handle with one hand, turn counterclockwise the upper vessel holding it by its handle with the other hand until it releases from the jar.
- Separate the upper vessel from the jar. To remove the siphon tube use the jar lid and align the gaps of the lid with the flanges of the siphon tube (for reference, match the “POUR” line with the handle´s mark) and firmly press down to match the flanges into the gaps, then turn counter-clockwise until the siphon tube releases from the jar and raise the lid to take the tube out. DO NOT REMOVE THE SIPHON TUBE WITH YOUR BARE HANDS!
- Rinse the siphon tube with cold water to cool off, then you can remove it from the lid.
- Place the jar lid over the jar aligning the “UN-LOCK” line with the handle´s mark, turn the lid clockwise until the “POUR” line matches with the mark of the handle, and pour.
CAUTION!
PLACE THE LID OVER THE JAR BEFORE SERVING
WATER BOILER MODE
CAUTION:
Don’t remove the jar lid while the appliance is working or the appliance is
stopped but water is still boiling, scalding may occur if the lid is removed.
- Fill up the jar with room-temperature drinking water above the minimum level of 21.12 oz.(0.6 l) but below the maximum level of 23.67 oz. (0.7 l). Make sure the siphon tube is not set inside the jar.
- Following the jar lid marks, set over the jar by aligning the “UNLOCK” line with the mark of the handle, then turn lightly clockwise until the “BOIL” line matches up with the center of the handle.
- Set it up over the heating plaque, plug it into the power source, and press the on/ off button just once the blue light turns on.
- When the water starts to boil the appliance will start to whistle, then you can turn your appliance off by pushing the on/off button once and the blue light will turn off. Unplug and re-move the jar from the heating plaque holding it by its handle. In case the water entirely evaporates the appliance will turn off automatically.
- Carefully turn the lid clockwise until the “POUR” line matches with the center of the handle and you can see the dispenser to pour.

CAUTION:
Don’t remove the jar lid while the appliance is working or the appliance stops
but water is still boiling, scalding may occur if the lid is removed.
TEA MODE (INFUSIONS)
CAUTION:
Don’t turn the upper vessel handle or remove the upper vessel during the
brewing cycle, scalding may occur if the upper vessel or lid is removed during
the brewing cycle.
- Fill up the jar with room-temperature drinking water above the minimum level of 21.12 oz. (0.6 L) but below the maximum level of 28.16 oz. (0.8 L).
- Set the siphon tube inside the jar, with the circular part facing up, and line it up along with the jar gaps, turn the tube clockwise until it sets.
- Above the jar, set the upper vessel lining its mark up with the handle’s line. Then turn the upper vessel by its handle, clockwise until both handles match).
- Put the inside the upper vessel the mesh filter handling it with its insulating handle and make the flanges of the mesh filter align with the upper vessel gaps, finally, turn the mesh filter clockwise until it adjusts.
- Put your choice of infusion in (maximum quantity 1.76 oz. or 50 g), according to the amount of water with which you filled up the jar, and then close the lid of the upper vessel.
- Place the appliance over the heating plaque then plug it into the power source and turn it on pushing the on/off button, and a blue light will turn on. If you push the on/off button the appliance will perform two infusion cycles (the blue light will start flashing). You can do so whether you would like your infusion stronger, however, you must leave the two cycles to reach the end before you open or manipulate any part of your appliance (refer to “double cycle” text at coffee mode instructions).
- Once the water reaches the perfect temperature, in about 5 minutes, the water will rise through the siphon tube up to the upper vessel, once the programmed time ends, about 1 more minute, the water will descend suddenly to the jar, this means your beverage is ready! These times are those of one infusion cycle if you choose two cycles, you will experience twice the process, before pouring your beverage.
- Once the cycle ends (either 1 or 2), verify the blue light is off, unplug your appliance, and remove it from the heating plaque holding it from its handle.
- Separate the upper vessel from the jar. To remove the siphon tube use the jar lid and align the gaps of the lid with the flanges of the siphon tube (for reference, match the “POUR” line with the handle´s mark) and firmly press down to match the flanges into the gaps, then turn counter-clockwise until the siphon tube releases from the jar and raise the lid to take the tube out. DO NOT REMOVE THE SIPHON TUBE WITH YOUR BARE HANDS!
- Rinse the siphon tube with cold water to cool off, then you can remove it from the lid.
- Place the jar lid over the jar aligning the “UNLOCK” line with the handle´s mark, turn the lid clockwise until the “POUR” line matches with the mark of the handle and pour.

HOW TO DISASSEMBLE?
- Mesh filter: Take out the mesh filter from the jar by turning it strongly counterclockwise to release it and lift it.
- Upper vessel: Hold the jar´s handle with one of your hands, and then turn the upper vessel counterclockwise from its handle with the other hand to release and lift.
- Take out the siphon tube from the jar by turning it counterclockwise to release and lift.

IF THE APPLIANCE HAS BEEN RECENTLY USED AND IS STILL HOT DON´T USE YOUR BARE

FROM “COFFEE MODE” INSTRUCTIONS
CLEANING PROCEDURE
BEFORE USING THE APPLIANCE FOR THE FIRST TIME
- Wash thoroughly every single part of your coffee machine with a soft sponge, water, and soap, except the heating plaque.
- Follow the instructions to perform one coffee cycle without putting any coffee into the upper vessel.
- Do not submerge or get the plug base and plug wet, or hold it directly under the water tap.
CLEANING DIRECTIONS
- Always remember to turn the appliance off and unplug it from the electric power source. Remove the heating plaque, since this particular item cannot be submerged or washed with water.
- Wash the jar, siphon tube, jar, and upper vessel lids with a sponge, water, and dishwasher light soap, please allow them to dry completely before assembling them again. DO NOT USE ANY ABRASIVE FIBERS.
- The upper vessel must be washed with hot water and a soft sponge to maintain its crystal-clear appearance.
- It is our recommendation to wash the mesh filter with a small brush so that you can remove thoroughly the ground coffee residuals.
- Clean the heating plaque with a lightly wet cloth.
- All ensemble parts except the heating plaque are dishwasher-suitable.
- Do not use any solvents, acid factor PH substances, or any abrasive product while cleaning your appliance.
- Do not submerge or get the heating plaque wet, or hold it directly under the water tap.
- We recommend cleaning the appliance regularly and removing the ground coffee residuals after every use.
- You must wait for every washable ac-ce-stories to completely dry before ensembling them back and use the appliance again.
DECALCIFICATION
- In order for your coffee machine to continue its perfect way of preparing your beverages, from time to time you must get rid of the minerals residuals left behind by the hardness of the water with a specific anti-calc product suitable for your coffee machine.
- The frequency with which you will have to perform this operation may vary depending on the water hardness of every location and how much you use your coffee machine. If you use your appliance twice a day follow this guideline:
- Soft water, every 6 months
- Medium hard water, every 2 to 3 months
- Hard water, every 6 to 8 weeks.
- Fill your coffee machine with the anti-calc product as if you were preparing coffee and once the process ends, rinse thoroughly and repeatedly with water before using your appliance again.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
This appliance requires very little maintenance and does not contain parts
that can be repaid-blue. Do not try to repair them yourself. In case your
appliance fails take it to an authorized service center.
STORAGE
- Before you store your coffee machine,
- Be sure it is off and unplug it from the electric source. Clean your coffee machine as described in the “Cleaning Procedure” part. Be sure it is completely dry and store your coffee machine in a clean, dry place away from the reach of children or people with any disability.
DEFECTS AND REPAIR
If the electrical cord is damaged, this must be replaced by the manufacturer in any of their authorized service centers, and by qualified personnel, so that further damage can be avoided. Ever tried to repair your appliance by yourself? Follow the same procedure in case of any other defect.

The water overflows the jar when used as boiler mode.| Overfill.| Make sure
not to fill the jar over its maximum limit of 23.67 oz. (0.7 l) for water
boiler mode.
The Siphon tube is set.| Make sure the siphon tube is not set when using this
mode.
Missing lid.| he jar´s lid must be set and aligned along with the “BOIL” line
as well as the mark of the handle.
