USE AND CARE

  •  Do not use the appliance if its accessories are not properly fitted.
  •  Do not use the appliance if the accessories attached to it are defective. Replace them immediately.
  •  Do not use the appliance if the on/off switch does not work.
  •  Respect the MAX level indicator of the measuring cup and chopper jar.
  •  When using hot liquids do not fill the jug more than halfway. At all times, when mixing hot li-quids in the jug, select the slowest speed on the speed selector.
  •  This appliance is for household use only, not professional, industrial use.
  •  Store this appliance out of reach of children and/or persons with physical, sensory or
  •  Keep the appliance in good condition. Check that the moving parts are not misaligned or jammed and make sure there are no broken parts or anomalies that may prevent the appliance from operating correctly.
  •  Never leave the appliance connected and unattended if is not in use. This saves energy and prolongs the life of the appliance.
  •  Do not use the appliance on any part of the body of a person or animal.
  •  Do not use the appliance with frozen goods or those containing bones.
  •  Do not use the appliance for more than 1 minute at a time, or perform cycles of more than 5 minutes. In this case, always respec-ting periods of rest between cycles of at least 1 minute. Under no circumstances should the appliance be operated for more time than necessary.
  •  As a reference in the annexed table appears several recipes, that include the amount of food to process, the recommended operating time to elaborate each recipe, as well as the time of maximum operation of the apparatus under each one of these conditions of load.

SERVICE

  • Any misuse or failure to follow the instructions for use renders the guarantee and the manufacturer’s liability null and void.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

BEFORE USE:

  •  Make sure that all products’ packaging has been removed.

  •  Before using the product for the first time, clean the parts that will come into contact with food in the manner described in the cleaning section.

  •  Prepare the appliance according to the function you wish to use

  •  Unroll the cable completely before plugging it in.

  •  Connect the appliance to the mains.

  •  Turn the appliance on, by using the on/off button (B).

  •  Select the desired speed.

  •  Work with the food you want to process.

  • The speed of the appliance can be regulated by using the speed regulator control (A). This function is very useful, as it makes it possible to adapt the speed of the appliance to the type of work that needs to be done.

  • The appliance has a Turbo function. By activating the Turbo function (C) all the power of the motor becomes available, thus obtaining a finer finish in the final texture of the product.

  •  Stop the appliance by releasing the pressure on the on/off button (B).

  •  Unplug the appliance from the mains.

  •  Clean the appliance.

  •  This accessory is used for making sauces, soups, mayonnaise, milkshakes, baby food, crush ice …

  •  Attach the stick to motor body and turn in the direction of the arrow (Fig.1.1).

  •  Put the food to be prepared in the jar and switch the appliance on.

  •  For further cleaning, detach and remove the stick by turning in the opposite direction of the arrow.

  •  This accessory is used to chop vegetables or meat…

  •  To avoid damage to the appliance, remove bo-nes, nerves, cartilage, etc. from the meat.

  •  Put the food to be prepared in the chopping container and attach the cover firmly, turning in counterclockwise until hear the click (Fig.2.1).

  •  Attach the unit to the cover turning in the direction of the arrow and switch the appliance on (be careful: do not switch the appliance on if the whole unit is not properly fitted and connected together) (Fig.2.2).

  •  Stop the appliance when the food reaches the desired texture.

  •  Detach the unit from the lid and the lid from the chopper.

  •  Note 1: Do not work with Turbo function with this accessory attached.

  • Attach the unit to the motor body and turn in the direction of the arrow (Fig. 3.1).
    Put the food into a receptacle and switch the appliance on. For best results, turn the whisk clockwise.

  •  Remove the whisk accessory and release the motor body.

  •  Note 1: Do not work at high speeds with this accessory attached, as this would cause defects in the whisk (spinning its wires).

  •  This accessory can be used to mash cooked vegetables and fruits (potatoes, tomatoes, apples…).

  •  IMPORTANT: Do not smash hard or uncooked foods, remove the peel, stones or stems. Cook and drain the food before smashing.

  •  Fit the gearbox to the puree leg by turning it counterclockwise (Fig. 4.1)

  •  Fit the puree accessory to the motor body by turning it counterclockwise.

  •  Fit the paddle on the lower part of the puree leg by turning it clockwise until it is firmly fitted.(Fig. 4.2)

  •  Place the blender with the puree accessory in the container with the food. It is convenient to move the accessory in an up and down movement throughout the mixture until get the desired texture.

  •  Remove the puree accessory and release the motor body. – Clean the accessory.

  •  Note1: Do not use the puree accessory in a container over direct heat. It is recommended to allow the mixture cool for a few minutes.

  •  Note 2: Do not exceed half the capacity of the container. – Note 3: Do not wet the gearbox under no circumstances. – Note 4: Avoid processing the mixture excessively.

  • If the appliance turns itself off and does not switch itself on again, disconnect it from the mains supply, and wait for approximately 15 minutes before reconnecting. If the machine does not start again seek authorized technical assistance.

CLEANING

  •  Disconnect the appliance from the mains and allow it to cool before undertaking any cleaning task.
  •  Clean the equipment with a damp cloth with a few drops of washing-up liquid and then dry.
  •  Do not use solvents, or products with an acid or base pH such as bleach, or abrasive products, for cleaning the appliance.
  •  Never submerge the appliance in water or any other liquid or place it under running water.
  •  During the cleaning process, take special care with the blades, as they are very sharp.
  •  It is advisable to clean the appliance regularly and remove any food that remains.
  •  If the appliance is not in good condition of cleanliness, its surface may degrade and inexorably affect the duration of the appliance’s useful life and could become unsafe to use.
  •  The following pieces may be washed in a dishwasher (using a soft cleaning program): Stick blender.
  •  Whisk (without gearbox).
  •  Measuring cup.
  •  Chopper jar (without lid).
  •  Puree accessory (without gearbox).
  •  The draining/drying position of the articles washable in the dishwasher or in the sink must allow the water to drain away easily. (Fig. 5)
  •  Then dry all parts before its assembly and storage.
  •  The materials of which the packaging of this appliance consists are included in a collection, classification and recycling system. Should you wish to dispose of them, use the appropriate public containers for each type of material.
  •  The product does not contain concentrations of substances that could be considered harmful to the environment
