Product Usage Instructions
RM1403M Magnetic Magnifying Mirror
The magnetic magnifying mirror is designed to attach to the front of a mirror.
It can be used with Ablaze Backlit, Frameless, and Framed Mirrors, as well as
any mirror of 4-5mm thickness. Note that it cannot be used on a mirror cabinet
door or any mirror with MDF or other backing.

Installation
- Choose the position on the front of the mirror where the magnetic mirror is to be located. It is recommended to hang the mirror first to determine a suitable location.
- Remove the protection from the strips of double-sided tape and place the metal panel on the back of the mirror in the chosen position.
- Press the panel down firmly to ensure it is fully adhered to the mirror. Make sure the panel is placed over a demister pad, avoiding any wires, connectors, or switches by leaving a 10mm clearance.
- Once the mirror has been installed, magnetize the magnifying mirror to the front of the mirror in line with the installed metal panel.
Please Note: The magnetic mirror can be damaged when in contact with magnetic fields such as magnetic cards, electronic devices, pacemakers, etc. Keep neodymium magnets out of reach of children. Do not play with them, swallow them, or inhale them. Always ensure that the magnifying mirror is moved only to an area where the metal panel is installed.

Installation
To install the magnifying mirror, follow these steps:
- Fix the support bracket to the side of the mirror using the supplied self-locking screws. Make sure the slot is facing upwards as shown in the diagrams.
- Once the bracket is in place, slide the magnifying mirror into the support bracket.
- If installed inside a cabinet, screw through the front of the four holes of the support bracket to secure the magnifying mirror.

- Please ensure you have read and fully understood this guide before installing a 3X Magnification 140mm Round Cosmetic Mirror that will attach to the front of the mirror.
- The magnifying mirror attaches to the front of the mirror using a magnetic panel that is fixed on the back of the mirror. The magnifying mirror is placed on the front of the mirror in line with the magnetic panel on the back of the mirror.
- This is suitable for all the Ablaze Backlit, Frameless, and Framed Mirrors.
- The magnetic magnifying mirror can also be used on any mirror of 4-5mm thickness. Please note the magnetic magnifying mirror cannot be used on a mirror cabinet door or any other mirror that has an MDF or other backing.

The metal panel is 140x400mm and is attached to the back of the mirror. If there is no space for the entire panel this can be cut down (using tin snips or a saw with a metal blade) but you will need to be aware of this when moving the magnifying mirror. Also, consider the position of the hangers to ensure that the metal panel can fit in a location that will be suitable for the magnifying mirror.
Installation
- Step 1. Choose the position on the front of the mirror where the magnetic mirror is to be located. It is recommended to hang the mirror first to determine a suitable location.
- Step 2. Remove the protection from the strips of double-sided tape and place the panel on the back of the mirror in the chosen position.
- Step 3. Press the panel down firmly to ensure that it is fully adhered to the mirror. The panel can be placed over a demister pad but not over any wires and should be 10mm clear of any wiring connectors or switches.
- Step 4. Once the mirror has been installed the magnifying mirror can now be magnetized to the front of the mirror in line of where the metal panel is installed.

The magnetic mirror can be damaged when in contact with magnetic fields:
magnetic cards, Electronic devices, Pacemakers, etc. Neodymium magnets are not
suitable for children. Keep out of their reach. Do not play, do not swallow,
do not inhale.
- It is important to note if you are moving the magnifying mirror that this is only moved to an area where the metal panel is installed.
3X Magnification 140mm Round Cosmetic Mirror that clips on the side of a regular mirror. The magnifying mirror clips onto the side of the mirror with a support bracket. The support bracket is fixed to the side of the mirror with two self-locking screws. This is suitable for all the Ablaze Backlit Mirrors and Ablaze Frameless Hanger Mount Mirrors. This is not suitable for Ablaze Frameless Glue-to-wall mirrors or Framed Mirrors. The clip-on Magnifying Mirror can also be used on any mirror of 4-5mm thickness.

Installation
To install the magnifying mirror first fix the support bracket to the side of the mirror with the supplied self-locking screws, ensuring that the slot is facing upwards as per the diagrams below.
- Once the bracket is in place slide the magnifying mirror into the support bracket.
- This bracket can also be used to install a magnifying mirror to the inside of a cabinet by screwing through the front of the four holes of the support bracket.

The Magnetic Magnifying Mirrors have a 1-year warranty. To use the warranty, repair, or service the customer must provide a purchase invoice/receipt.

If the product develops a fault within the warranty period due to normal wear and tear, Thermogroup at its discretion will recognize whether it’s a faulty product or not. If it is impossible or not economical for the manufacturer to repair
the product, the manufacturer will replace the faulty product with a new unit of the same model or if there is no stock available of the same model as the product, the manufacturer will replace the product with a new unit of a similar size. No responsibility can be taken for altered dimensions and lining up of existing holes. -
The repair service offered within the warranty period only covers the faults and problems as developed from the manufacturer’s errors. Any damage caused by improper use carelessness or incorrect wiring is not covered.

Care & Maintenance
For best results clean the mirror with methylated spirits and water at a rate of 30% methylated spirits to 70% water. Do not use Windex or similar cleaning products. Avoid getting water on the sides or back of the mirror as damage to the silver backing can occur. In coastal areas, it is recommended.
