Safety Instructions

about the power supply

• Before connecting the device to your power supply, please ensure that the supply voltage stated on the rating plate is compatible with your main supply.
• Only connect the mains plug to the wall socket when the device is switched off.
• Only use the mains adapter that is provided with the foot massager.
• Keep the power supply, the cable, the control unit, and the foot massager away from heat, hot surfaces, moisture, and liquids. Never get hold of the power supply with wet hands.
• Do not take hold of a device if it falls into the water. Pull out the power plug and the power supply unit from the socket immediately.
• Always unplug the equipment immediately after use.
• disconnect the unit from the power supply, and always pull the plug out of the socket. Do not pull on the cable!
• Do not carry, pull or twist the foot massager on the cable, the power supply unit.
• You must not continue to use the unit if the lead or the mains adaptor are damaged.
• For safety reasons, these parts may only be replaced by authorized service personnel. To prevent hazards, always send the unit in to the service center.
• Ensure that the cable will not cause tripping. The cable must not be kinked, trapped or twisted. specific groups of people
• The surface of the appliance is hot. People who are insensitive to heat must be careful when using the appliance.
• Children must be supervised to ensure that they not play with the device.
• Do not use this unit to supplement or replace medical treatment. Chronic complaints and symptoms may be made worse.

Before using the unit

operating the unit

• The foot massager must only be used for its intended purpose as described in the instruction manual.
• Using the device for any other purpose invalidates the warranty.
• Never leave the unit unattended if it is connected to the power supply.
• The maximum operating time for one session is 15 minutes.
• Do not allow the foot massager to come into contact with pointed or sharp objects.
• Never put the unit down next to an electric stove or other sources of heat.
• Do not stand on the unit.
• Do not touch the power supply unit when you are standing in water and always take hold of the plug with dry hands.

The device is not to be used for commercial use or medical purposes. If you have health concerns, consult your doctor before using the foot massager. The driver may not use the foot massager when driving. Only use the foot massager in a parked vehicle. Only use the foot massager indoors. Do not use the foot massager in damp rooms (e.g. when bathing or showering).

Technical Data

Operating

1. Please place the massager on the flat floor.
2. Connect the adapter cable to the corresponding port on the foot massager.
3. Plug the home adapter into an electrical outlet ( the adapter is safe to use with both 110-120V & 220-240V )
4. Turn on the massage device through the operating control panel ( instructions on page 18 ).
   •  This device will switch off automatically after the 15-minute timer runs out.
   • Do not set up or use the device in a bathroom or similar wet/damp areas.
5. Before plugging in, please check and make sure the power cord Is undamaged.
   • Do not use the wet hand to plug In the adapter.
   • Please don’t use the product by standing posture or put any heavy object on the product to avoid any broken.
   • Please don’t stand or sit on the product
   • When moving the product, please don’t pull the power cord or drag the product directly to avoid any damage caused.
   • Please don’t let children and pets play with the products to prevent any accidents from happening.
   • Do not use the wet hand to pull out the power cord To avoid any electrlc shock.

Controller Instructions
Please choose a chair with the desired height and be seated, then put your feet on the product. Operate below the control panel to get foot massages.

After us

• Remove the plug from the power supply socket.
• Please don’t put water or other liquid on the control panel.
• Please don’t press this button too long time at a time to avoid the program being confused.
• When power failure happens during a massage, please turn off the power and pull out the plug from the socket.
• Please do not let your hand or fingers close to and insert into the gap of products to prevent any injuries caused.
• Please do not let children and pets play with the products to prevent any accidents from happening.

Cleaning and maintenance

• Before cleaning, make sure the power supply is turned off and the plug has been pulled out from the socket.
• It is forbidden to dip 1he whole product in water or other liquid when cleaning.
• Use a soft cloth to wipe the surface of 1he product and control panel.
• Use a piece of cloth that has been dipped with cleaning agents to wipe the main unit of the foot Massager. and then use a piece of dry and soft cloth to wipe it.
• Do not pull the power plug with damp hands.
• Do not use water washing products,do not spray the water or other liquids to the interior of the product.
• Do not use abrasive cleaning agents like benzene or 1hinner to dean the
• Foot Massager, otherwise,the color of the upholstery will fade, or the Foot
• The massager will crack or be eroded.
• Do not iron the upholstery.
• When a product is wet, let the product dry naturally and thoroughly.

Removable & Washable Cover

• Detach the cover and wash it in a machine or by hand. Allow to air dry Maintenance
• Make sure the power supply is turned off and the plug has been pulled out from the socket.
• Sweep off the dust. Keep the foot massager clean and away from damp places.
• Store the massager in a mol, dry place out of reach of children.
• Avoid contact with sharp edges or pointed objects that might cut or puncture the cover of the massager.

This product must not be disposed of together with domestic waste. All users are obliged to hand in all electrical or electronic devices, regardless of whether or not they contain toxic substances, at a municipal or commercial collection point so that they can be disposed of in an environmentally acceptable manner. Warranty

If the product(s) is damaged or defective within a reasonable me, COMFIER offers the warranty as below. Comfier warrants the product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use, for 12 months from the original invoice date, except as noted below. Comfier products can be repaired or replaced within the warranty period or returned for a refund within 90 days if the products break down in the period of proper use. The warranty extends only to consumers, NOT to any retailers or resellers.

This warranty is effective only if the product is purchased and operated in the country in which the product is purchased. Warranty claims for product defects, unless an extended warranty is registered, expire 12 months from the purchase day. Warranty claims CANNOT be processed for items that have exceeded the warranty period. The warranty does NOT cover the replaced, refurbished product. The warranty does have other limitations as below “Warranty Limitations”. To obtain warranty service on Comfier products, follow “Warranty Claim Procedures” below.

Warranty Claim Procedures

1. For any product the customer believes is defective and seeks for warranty, the customer must provide to Customer Support:
   • Valid proof of purchase (see below the definion of valid proof of purchase);
   • Pictures and/or descriptions are required to claim defective merchandise;
   • The model number and Series Number label attached to each product
2. If the warranty claim is jusfied by Comfier Customer Support, customer(s) will obtain from Comfier a Warranty/Return Authorization Number (RMA Number)
3. Comfier reserves the right to specify that items be returned to the designated warehouse for inspection or be inspected by our representative in the field or be retained by the customer.
4. Any claim for defective merchandise returns must be packed in original packaging
5. The item(s) will be repaired or replaced or a refund credit will be issued once the item(s) are delivered. When returning items with RMA# and a prepaid shipping label provided by Comfier, Comfier takes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit.

Normal wear and tear; Any condition resulting from other than ordinary residential wear or any use for which the product was not intended, such as use in rental or contract trade or commercial use; Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care; Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents or shipping damage, exposed to environmental conditions temperatures, water, improper operation, improper installation, improper use of electrical supply; transportation damage; theft, vandalism.

Damage resulting from the attachment or modification of any unauthorized accessories; Fail to show valid proof of purchase; Lost or stolen products; items that have expired their warranty period; No quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase); Free product/ Gift offer by Comfier; unauthorized repairs or modification; Replaced or refurbished product.
