Product Usage Instructions

Setup and Operation

1. Ensure the device is used in the correct configuration – either as a Massage Pillow (folded up) or a Massage Seat Cushion (Open).
2. Connect the USB cable to the adapter, then connect the USB cable to the device.
3. Plug the adapter into an outlet with a voltage between 100-240V. Note: This product is not cordless and does not use batteries.
4. Turn on the device using the control panel functions described below.

Controller Instructions

• ON/MASSAGE/OFF: Press to turn on the device, press continuously to cycle through massage modes 1/2/3/turn off massage.
• INDICATOR: Mode 1 – Green, Mode 2 – Fast Flash, Mode 3 – Slow Flash.
• INDICATOR: High heat level – Red, Low heat level – Dark red.
• HEAT: Press to select high/low heat level or turn off the heat.

It is recommended to consult a doctor before having a massage for the treatment of ailments and illnesses.
• If you are dependent on electrical aids e.g. pacemakers, please be sure to consult your doctor for medical advice before taking a massage.

Setup and Operation

1. Please use the device in the manner shown below：

2. Connect USB cable to the adapter, then USB cable connect to the cable on the device.

3. Plug the adapter into an outlet between 100-240V.
   ( Note : This is not a cordl ess massager and does not contain battieries)

4. Turn on the device by operating the control panel (refer to below Controller instructions below)

   • This device will switch off automatically atier 30-minute timer runs out.
   • Do not setup or use the massager in a bathroom or similary wet / damp areas.
   • For you r own safety we equip the massager with a protection against over-heating. Heat is created in the motors when placed under great stress and excessive pressure. Before this could create any risk and after a run time of 30 Minutes. The massager will switch off automatically and will only allow switching on again after an appropriate down time.
   • Likewise, you should allow your body some rest periods. To avoid straining your muscles too much, we recommend to not exceed a continuous massage of 30 Minutes one time and not exceed 3 times one day.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

• Always unplug the unit before cleaning it. Never touch the power plug with wet hands.
• Before cleaning, allow unit to cool.
• Wipe the unit with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use cloths containing any kind of chemical or alcohol and solvent liquids.
• Never submerge any part of the unit in liquid.
• If the unit is particularly dirty, use the following instructions:
  1. Dampen a cloth in water or a 3%-5% mild detergent solution.
  2. Wipe the dirty areas with the wet cloth.
  3. Wipe the areas with a soft, dry cloth.
  4. Wait for the unit to become fully dry before use.
• Place massager in a safe, dry, and cool place. Avoid contact with sharp edges or pointed objects which might cut or puncture the surface.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Warranty

If the product(s) is damaged or defective within a reasonable time, COMFIER offers the warranty as below.

Comfier warrants the product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use, for a period of 12 months from the original invoice date, except as noted below. Comfier products can be repaired or replaced within warranty period or returned for refund within 90 days if the products break down in the period of proper use. The warranty extends only to consumers, NOT to any retailers or resellers. This warranty is effective only if the product is purchased and operated in the country in which the product is purchased. Warranty claims for product defects, unless extended warranty is registered, expire 12 months from the purchase day. Warranty claims CANNOT be processed for items that have exceeded the warranty period. The warranty does NOT cover the replaced, refurbished product. The warranty does have other limitations as below “Warranty Limitations”. To obtain warranty service on Comfier products, follow “Warranty Claim Procedures” below.

Warranty Claim Procedures

1. Any product the customer believes is defective and seeks for warranty, the customer must provide to Customer Support: a) Valid proof of purchase (see below the definition of valid proof of purchase); b) Pictures and/or description are required to claim defective merchandise; c) Model number and Series Number label attached to each product
2. If the warranty claim is justified by Comfier Customer Support, customers) will obtain from Comfier a Warranty/Return Authorization Number (RMA Number)
3. Comfier reserves the right to specify that items be returned to the designated warehouse for inspection or be inspected by our representative in the field or be retained by customer.
4. Any claim for defective merchandise returns must be packed in original packaging
5. The items) will be repaired or replaced or a refund credit will be issued once the items) are delivered. When returning items with RMA# and a prepaid shipping label provided by Comfier, Comfier takes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit.

For products) obtained from other Channels, please contact the customer service of the Channel directly for appropriate solution.
