Install & Remove Battery

Please follow the steps to install and remove the main battery.

Step 1: Insert a fully-charged main battery into the grooves from the battery top, and press down the lower edge of the battery.

Step 2: Press both left and right side edges of the battery to make that it is firmly installed without any interstice.
Step 3: Slide the battery latch leftward to “Lock” position.

To remove the battery :

Step 2 : When the battery cover is unlocked, it’ll slightly tilt up. By holding the two sides of the battery cover, lift up the main battery (which is with the battery cover) from its lower end to remove it.

Install SIM & SD Cards

Step 1: Remove the battery (with cover) to open the battery-chamber. Lift up the inner lid that protects the card slots by holding the pull tab.

Step 2 : Slide the SIM cards and the microSD card into their respective slots. Close and push the hinged card cover until it clicks into place.

Step 3 : Mount the inner lid and the battery cover, and slide the battery latch back to the “Lock” position.

Charging & Communication

By USB Type-C Cable
Insert a USB Type-C Cable into its port on the right side of the RS36.
mobile computer. Connect the USB plug to the approved adapter for external power connection, or plug it to the PC/Laptop for charging or data transmission.

Hold the Snap-on cup towards the bottom of the RS36 mobile computer, and push the Snap-on cup upwards to make it attach to the RS36 mobile computer.
Connect the USB plug to the approved adapter for external power connection, or plug it to the PC/laptop for charging or data transmission.

RF Exposure warning
This device meets the government’s requirements for exposure to radio waves. This device is designed and manufactured not to exceed the emission limits for exposure to radio frequency (RF) energy set by the Federal Communications Commission of the U.S. Government.
The exposure standard employs a unit of measurement known as the Specific Absorption Rate, or SAR. The SAR limit set by the FCC is 1.6 W/kg. Tests for SAR are conducted using standard operating positions accepted by the FCC with the EUT transmitting at the specified power level in different channels.
The FCC has granted an Equipment Authorization for this device with all reported SAR levels evaluated as in compliance with the FCC RF exposure guidelines. Development Canada (ISED) radio frequency exposure limits. The Wireless Device should be used in such a manner such that the potential for human contact during normal operation is minimized.

The device is restricted to indoor use only when operating in the 5150 to 5350 MHz frequency range.

RF Exposure warning
This device meets the EU requirements (2014/53/EU) on the limitation of exposure of the general public to electromagnetic fields by way of health protection.
The limits are part of extensive recommendations for the protection of the general public. These recommendations have been developed and checked by independent scientific organizations through regular and thorough evaluations of scientific studies. The unit of measurement for the European Council’s recommended limit for mobile devices is the “Specific Absorption Rate” (SAR), and the SAR limit is 2.0 W/Kg averaged over 10 grams of body tissue. It meets the requirements of the International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection (ICNIRP).

For next-to-body operation, this device has been tested and meets the ICNRP exposure guidelines and the European Standard EN 50566 and EN 62209-2. SAR is measured with the device directly contacted to the body while transmitting at the highest certified output power level in all frequency bands of the mobile device.

The adapter shall be installed near the equipment and shall be easily accessible.

For products using frequencies within 5.15-5.35 GHz, please additionally print the following warning text “5GHz product for indoor use only” on your product::
W52/W53 is indoor use only, except for communication with “W52 AP registered in MIC”.
Products using frequencies within 5.47-5.72 GHz may be used indoor and/or outdoor.
