READ AND FOLLOW ALL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- Read and follow all safety instructions.
- Do not use seasonal products outdoors unless marked as suitable for indoor and outdoor use. When products are used in outdoor applications, connect the product to a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupting (GFCI) outlet. If one is not provided, contact a qualified electrician for proper installation.
- This seasonal use product is not intended for permanent installation or use.
- Do not mount or place near gas or electric heaters, fireplaces, candles, or other similar sources of heat.
- Do not secure the wiring of the product with staples or nails, or place it on sharp hooks or nails.
- Do not let lamps rest on the supply cord or on any wire.
- This is an electric product – not a toy! To avoid the risk of fire, burns, personal injury, and electric shock it should not be played with or placed where small children can reach it.
- Do not use this product for other than its intended use.
- Do not hang ornaments or other objects from the cord, wire, or light string.
- Do not cover the product with cloth, paper, or any material not part of the product when in use.
- Do not close doors or windows on the product or extension cords as this may damage the wire insulation.
- Read and follow all instructions that are on the product or provided with the product.
- Save these instructions.
USE AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS
a. When the product is placed on a live tree, the tree should be well
maintained and fresh. Do not place on live trees in which the needles are
brown or break off easily. Keep the live tree holder filled with water.
b. Once the product is placed, the installation should be well secured and
stable.
c. Before using or reusing, inspect the product carefully. Discard any
products that have cut damaged, or frayed wire insulation or cords, cracks in
the lamp holders or enclosures, loose connections, or exposed copper wire.
d. When storing the product, carefully remove the product from wherever it is
placed, including trees, branches, or bushes, to avoid any undue strain or
stress on the product conductors, connections, and wires.
e. When not in use, store neatly in a cool, dry location protected from
sunlight.
ATTENTION – REDUCE THE RISK OF FIRE AND ELECTRIC SHOCK
a. Do not install on surfaces having sharp edges, or coverings of metal or
materials which look like metal.
b. Do not mount or support wires in a manner that can cut or damage wire
insulation.

WARNING!
Do not connect the light string to the power supply while it is in the
packaging. The connecting cable cannot be repaired or replaced. THE LAMPS ARE
NOT REPLACEABLE. The lighting chain must not be used without all gaskets being
in place. Lighting chains are not intended for interconnection. Do not connect
this light string electrically to devices from another manufacturer. CAUTION!
Strangulation hazard. Keep out of reach of young children.
The crossed-out wheeled bin symbol indicates that the item should be disposed
of separately from household waste. The item should be handed in for recycling
in accordance with local environmental regulations for waste disposal.

connect light strings
Connect the light strings to the controller following the numbered order on the side of the case.
connect to your network
Connect the ethernet cable to an open port on the internet router — in case the integrated ethernet cable can’t reach it, use the provided ethernet cable extender.
power up the controller
Connect the AC cable to the
provided plug or to an airtight electrical box.
When the controller is powered up, the LEDs on top turn on.

While holding the button disconnect and reconnect the controller’s plug, then
keep holding the button until the Status LED turns steady white, then release
the button.
multi-controller setup
Join multiple controllers together by
connecting them to the same Internet connection and create a group in the
Twinkly App.
The maximum number is delimited by the number of available ethernet ports in
your router. Using network switches, extend the networking layout up to three
levels.
