Can I charge my device wirelessly in any scenario?

No, you cannot charge your device wirelessly in the following
scenarios:

• If your device is placed too far from the center of the
  wireless charger.

• If you are using a charging adapter with an output power of
  5V/1A (5W) or less.

• If you are using a phone case with a magnetic plate, metal, or
  an external support (pop socket).

• If you are using a thick protective case (>5 mm).

What factors affect the wireless charging speed?

The speed of wireless charging can be affected by the following
factors:
