Product Usage Instructions

Setting up and controlling the Bluetooth bulb
Currently, the Sengled Smart Bluetooth bulb can only be set up and controlled using the Alexa app. The Sengled Home app is not compatible for this purpose.

Connecting the smart Bluetooth Mesh LED bulb to your smartphone
You cannot directly connect the Sengled smart Bluetooth Mesh LED bulb to your smartphone using Bluetooth and then control it with the Alexa app. Instead, you need to connect the bulb with a compatible Alexa device.

Using Sengled Smart LEDs with wall dimmers
Sengled Smart LEDs are not suitable for use with wall dimmers or other variable power devices. Dimming functionality is supported only through the Sengled Home app or compatible smart devices.

Troubleshooting unresponsive bulbs
If your Sengled Smart Bluetooth LED bulbs appear offline or unresponsive, please follow these steps to reset them:

  1. Check the light switch and ensure that the power is turned on.
  2. Power cycle the Bluetooth LED bulb by turning it off and on again. Wait for 5 minutes and check the status.
  3. If the bulbs continue to be unresponsive, perform a reset by flashing them three times. After the bulbs flash three times, they are successfully reset. You can then try to pair them again in your Alexa app.
