DIGITUS DS-55341 HDMI Repeater Installation Guide
1. Introduction
The DIGITUS® 8K HDMI Repeater extends signals in 8K/60Hz (4:4:4) up to 10 m. 4K/60Hz (4:4:4) can be extended to up to 13 m. Two corresponding HDMI cables can be cascaded with the repeater. Thanks to its special design, the repeater is also supplied with power via HDMI (5V). Optionally, you can supply the repeater with power via USB-C if this is required by your setup.

- Extends HDMI signals up to 10 m in 8K/60Hz 5 m input (HDMI cable) + 5 m output (HDMI cable)
- Extends HDMI signals up to 13 m in 4K/60Hz 8 m input (HDMI cable) + 5 m output (HDMI cable)
- Power supply via HDMI cable (signal source) thanks to special self-powered design
- Optional (additional) power supply with enclosed USB-C cable if the setup requires.

4. Technical Features
Note:
- We recommend adding the USB-C
Power cable (included) for the product when the HDMI cable can’t draw enough power from the video source.
5. Connection and Operation
- Connect the output of the video source into the input of HDMI Repeater and connect the output to the HDMI display via HDMI Cable. We recommend the product locates close to the display.
- Insert the USB Power Cable. (Optional)
