Step 1: Gather the necessary materials
To DIY a new net cable, you will need the following materials- Ethernet cable
- Pass-through RJ45 connector
- Cover for the connector

Step 2: Insert the network cable into the connector cover
Take the network cable and carefully insert it into the connector cover. -
Step 3: Strip the cable
Put the cable into the stripping port of the crimper and tap the crimper. Rotate it one turn to strip the cable. -
Step 4: Untwist the pair and flatten the wires
Take off the cable shell and untwist the pair of wires. Press all the wires flat. -
Step 5: Arrange the wires
Arrange the wires in the order specified by either T568A or T58B standards. Push them into the connector according to the arrangement. -
Step 6, 7, and 8: Place, crimp, and cut
Place the connector into the 8P Slot and use a crimping tool to crimp and cut the wires. -
Step 9: Finished!

How to DIY a new net cable?
- Prepare ethernet cable ,the pass-through rj45 connector and cover.
- Put the network cable into the connector cover.
- Put the cable into the stripping port, tap the crimper, rotate one turn.
- Take off cable shell, untwist the pair ,press all wires flat.
- Arrange the wires based on T568A or T58B in order, then push them into the connector.
