Product Usage Instructions

Step 1: Cut the skin
Using a cable cutter or sharp knife, carefully cut the outer skin of the cable at the desired length. -
Step 2: Strip the wire
Strip the wire ends to expose the inner conductors. Use a wire stripper to remove approximately 0.5 inches of insulation from each wire end. -
Step 3: Arrange the wires in order
Follow the 568A or 568B code standard to arrange the wires in the correct order. The code standard determines the sequence in which the wires should be placed in the connector. -
Step 4: Peel off the skin
Peel off a small portion of the skin on the RJ45 connector to expose the metal contacts. -
Step 5: Put into the RJ45 connector
Insert the arranged wires into the RJ45 connector, ensuring that each wire is fully inserted and reaches the end of the connector. -
Step 6: Crimp the connector
Using a crimping tool, firmly press down on the connector to crimp it. This will secure the wires in place and create a strong connection. -
Step 7: Finished
Your cable is now ready for use. Test the connection by plugging it into the appropriate device or network port.
