How to Reset
Method A
- Activate the keypad > Take off one of the batteries for 3 seconds > Put it back
- Press the anti-lock button until hear the “DIDI” sound → Enter 000# → Hear another “DIDI” sound > Flashing green twice and then turn to blue (If reset successfully, enter 123456# can unlock the door)
Method B
- Take off the battery cover and loosen the screws
- Connect the IC wire to power it up> press the reset button on the motherboard of the back lock for 2 seconds > Flashing red light
- Release the button when hearing “DIDI” twice → Flashing green light
Definitions

Delete Passcode or Fingerprint:
Deletion will erase all common codes and fingerprints except for the admin code. -
Passage Mode:
Any Lock/Unlock will release the passage mode. -
Vacation Mode:
Only the admin code or physical key can unlock your door. -
Low Battery Alarm:
Green light is on after unlocking while the keyboard flashes red quickly. -
Lock protection:
The red light of the keyboard flashes slowly If you fail to access it for 10 times. The keypad will lock up and all fingerprints or codes will be invalid within 3 minutes. -
Anti-peep Code:
Enter random digits before or after the true passcode. -
Auto Lock:
After setting the auto lock, both the code and the fingerprint will be invalid before the deadbolt extends.
Keypad Programming
NOTE: Please set a new admin code after installing the lock, otherwise
all the fingerprints are able to unlock your lock.
Troubleshooting
1 Installation
The deadbolt does not operate correctly after installation.
• Make sure the backset on the deadbolt is set to the proper length (60 or 70 mm). Refer to Installation Instructions. • Make sure deadbolt is retracted and key is not inserted when installing™
Feel wrong while turning the thumbturn or the key?
• Check If the length of mounting screws Is cotrect. • Check if the knob is in the right position. Left hand door: adjust the knob to the horizontal state. Right hand door: adjust the knob to the vertical state.
Cannot remove my key unless it is in the locked position.
• Take apart the interior and exterior assemblies (1) Make sure the bolt is in the retracted when installing. (2) Do not insert the key during the installation. (3) Make sure the thumbturn is in the correct position(retracted deadbolt). Left Door: turn the thumbturn to horizontal. Right Door: turn the thumbturn to vertical.
The deadbolt is hard to extend or retract while you can hear the sound of the motor.
• Please align the direction of the back panel and make it pararell with the door frame.
Operation
The lock works backwards.
• When you are facing the keypad, check the direction of the door. The door hinges on the left: SO#admin code#1# The door hinges on the right: 5O#admin code#24
Keypad not responding.
• Make sure the batteries are new and installed properly. • Make sure the cable is well-connected to the port, and was not damaged during installation.
Lock is not able to unlock/lock by keypad.
• Make sure you have entered the correct User Code. • The battery is tow if the keypad flashes red after unlocking. Replace all the batteries. • Make sure the cable is securely connected. • Check the cable for any damage that may have occurred during installation. • Make sure the batteries are property Installed. (mind the polarity)
After unlocking, the keypad flashes green but turn to red quickly.
• The batteries are getting low, please reptace all the batteries.
Can not remember the Admin Code.
• Please reset your lock to refresh all the codes. • Use the default admin code(123456#) to set a new admin code.
Can not add a new user code.
• Make sure the whole code entering process is completed within 10 seconds, otherwise the unit will time out. • Make sure the admin Code has been entered correctly. • A user code must be at least 4 to 9 digits.
What is the result If wrong code was entered for 10 times?
• The keypad wiil lock up for 3 minutes unless you use the physical key or fingerprint to unlock.
How to operate the lockset in darkness?
• Press any button to activate the lockset back light.
Can I delete specific password or fingerprint?
• No, the specific passcode can be modified, but the delete command will delete all fingprints and all user codes.(Except Admin Code)
