INSTRUCTIONS
- Suitable for all hobs including induction.
- Match the diameter of the cooker to the diameter of the pan.
- When using on gas cooker, ensure the flame DOES NOT extend up the sides of the pan.
- Avoid using metal tools as these can damage the surface of the pan. Non-stick surfaces really don’t like being overheated.
- Extreme heat over a long period will damage the non-stick properties and reduce the pan’s lifespan, so lower the heat to a sensible temperature and enjoy great cooking results.
SAFETY NOTE
- Avoid sudden temperature changes. DO NOT immerse a hot pan in cold water.
- NEVER leave cookware unattended.
CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
- Wash before first use in warm soapy water then rinse and dry thoroughly. The cookware is dishwasher suitable although we recommend hand washing and drying with a soft tea towel to prolong the life of the pan, particularly as dishwasher detergents can be extremely corrosive on cookware. To remove stubborn grease, soak the pan in warm soapy water before cleaning,
- DO NOT use harsh detergents, steel wool, or coarse scouring pads to clean pans.
- Dry immediately and thoroughly.
STORAGE
- Store in a cool dry place, if stacking, place a layer of protector sheet between the pans to avoid scratches or damage.
