Kit Contents: 2x Light Bar Brackets 1x Harness
Step 1: Install the brackets and light bar. Locate the four T-40 bolts on the inside areas of the OEM bull bar. The same bolts will be used if the vehicle does not have the bull bar. Install the brackets loosely followed by the light bar.
Step 2: Route the wiring harness. With the light bar installed, route the end of the harness with the plug down behind the driver side headlight and the over to the light bar harness. Be careful to avoid any hot, sharp, or moving objects.
Continue routing the wiring harness toward the fire wall zip tying the harness along the way. The Up fitter auxiliary wires are bundled up on the harness that runs along the firewall.
Step 3: Connect the harness to the Up fitter wiring. Connect the red wire from light bar harness to the GREEN/BROWN AUX 2 wire using a wire to wire connection. To connect the black wire, remove the 8mm bolt holding down the factory ground above the aux wire and install the ring terminal around the bolt. Re-install the bolt tightly

Step 4: With the light bar wired and plugged in, test the functionality. This can be done by turning the vehicle ignition on and flipping the AUX 2 switch. After checking the functionality, tighten the T-40 bolts holding the light bar bracket. Angle the light bar and tighten the nuts holding the light bar to the bracket.
