SMART SDC-650 Document Camera
Wired Connection
Use this method if you will be using the document camera with a computer or a SMART Board interactive display with iQ.
USB Out
This method is required if you plan to use the document camera with SMART
Notebook software.
HDMI Out
Use this method to connect directly to a display that has an HDMI port,
such as a SMART Board interactive display.
Wireless Conection
Use this method to connect to a Wi-Fienabled device, such as a computer or SMART Board interactive display from anywhere in the classroom.
Peer-to-Peer (P2P)
You can use the included Wi-Fi dongle to create a direct Peer-to-Peer (P2P)
wireless connection between the document camera and your computer. This direct
connection enables you to quickly connect the document camera without having
to enter a password to connect school’s network.
This is the easiest and recommended way to connect wirelessly.
Wi-Fi
The document camera has its own Wi-Fi which you can connect to directly from
your device.
Miracast
If your computer or device you want to connect to supports Miracast, you can
also set that up to quickly display images captured by the document camera to
the device.
