SAFETY

  • By ignoring the safety instructions the manufacturer cannot be held responsible for the damage.
  • If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
  • Never move the appliance by pulling the cord and make sure the cord cannot become entangled.
  • The appliance must be placed on a stable, level surface.
  • This appliance shall not be used by children aged less than 8 years. This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children aged less than 8 years. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless older than 8 and supervised.
  • To protect yourself against an electric shock, do not immerse the cord, plug or appliance in the water or any other liquid.
  • Suitable for camping use.
  • The appliance shall not be exposed to rain.

BEFORE THE FIRST USE

  • Take the appliance and accessories out the box. Remove the stickers, protective foil or plastic from the device.
  • Before using your appliance for the first time, wipe off all removable parts with a damp cloth. Never use abrasive products.
  • Your coolbox is able to keep your pre-cooled food and drinks refreshingly cool with very little power requirement.
  • Thanks to the insulation, the food and drinks inside the box will remain fresh for a long time, even without electric power for cooling.
  • Ensure that the box is placed in a position where the air from the external fan is free to circulate.
  • Do not place the box in direct sunlight.
  • Install the appliance on a firm, horizontal surface. Avoid installing the appliance in direct sunlight or near any source of heat.
  • In all cases, the appliance shall be protected from rain and splashing.
  • To guarantee a good level of air circulation, do not obstruct the ventilation grids.
  • Even little children should not sit or stand on the appliance: the appliance will be damaged as the balance of the fan will be disturbed

USE
Connecting the power supply In a car

  • Connect the 12V/24V power supply to a cigarette socket, make sure the polarity is right.

  • Connect to a low-voltage 5V USB socket.

  • If connected to an existing cigarette plug, please carefully check if the power supply is sufficient.

  • For outdoor use, we recommend us low voltage power supply via USB.
    At home

  • Connect the 100-240V power supply to a suitable socket.

  • The cooler has an integrated multi-voltage power supply with a priority circuit for connecting to an AC voltage source of 100-240V. The priority circuit automatically switches the cooler to mains operation if the device is connected to 100-240V AC mains, even if the 12V/24V connection cable is attached.

  • Note: In order to protect the freezer and cigarette socket, we suggest using only one power supply at a time.

Operation

  • There are two modes of cooling and heating under the three kinds of power supply.
  • Turn the hot and cool transfer switch to cool for the cool box to start cooling.
  • Turn the switch to hot, to have it heat up.

Max and Eco setting

  • When using the AC power supply you can also adjust the Max and Eco switch.
  • When the ambient temperature is relatively high, set the switch to Max for rapid cooling.
  • When you want to refrigerate on a low temperature, set the switch to Eco. This way, food is kept from being too cold and energy savings can be achieved

Storing food

  • Liquids to be stored in the refrigerator shall always be placed in a closed vessel.
  • The air circulation inside the appliance must not be obstructed.
  • Never place hot food or drink in the appliance.
  • Never keep flammable liquids and/or gases inside the refrigerator. The danger of explosion.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Before carrying out any maintenance or cleaning, take the power cable out of its socket

  • The inside of the device should be cleaned at least monthly for hygiene. Always remove the plug from the socket when the device is cleaned.
  • For cleaning you can easily remove the lid from the box. Open the lid for 80% and lift up the lid, now you can remove the lid. For installing the lid make sure the notches on the lid will match the slots in the box and put it back in position.
  • Clean the inside and outside of the box with water with a mild detergent.
  • Clean the lid with a damp cloth. Never use harsh and abrasive cleaners, steel wool or a scouring pad as this will damage the device. Make sure that no moisture enters the cooling slots and do not immerse in water or other liquid.

ENVIRONMENT

This appliance should not be put into the domestic garbage at the end of its durability but must be offered at a central point for the recycling of electric and electronic domestic appliances. This symbol on the appliance, instruction manual, and packaging puts your attention to this important issue. The materials used in this appliance can be recycled.
