Warnings
Thanks for your purchase of Arctic Air™ Go – the personal and portable cooler that instantly provides cool, refreshing air almost anywhere you go! The secret is the evaporative cooling technology combined with a refreshing mist that takes hot, dry air and turns it into cool, comfortable air. Arctic Air™ Go is compact, lightweight, and durable so it’s easy to take wherever you need to beat the heat.

WARNINGS: Read all instructions and warnings prior to using this product.
- Do not store devices in a high-temperature environment, including heat caused by intense sunlight or other forms of heat. Do not place the device in fire or other excessively hot environments.
- Be cautious of drops, bumps, abrasions, or other impacts to this device. If there is any damage to the device such as dents, punctures, tears, deformities, or corrosion due to any cause, discontinue use. Contact Manufacturer or dispose of it in an appropriate manner at your local battery-recycling center.
- Arctic Air™ Go should only be operated in open-air conditions. It should not be operated in an enclosed, unventilated space such as a carrying bag, pocket, or purse. Failure to follow these instructions may cause damage to Arctic Air™ Go by overheating.
- Do not disassemble this device or attempt to re-purpose or modify in any manner.
- Do not attempt to charge this device using any method, apparatus, or connection other than the device’s micro-USB connector.
- Do not attempt to replace any part of this device.
- If this device is intended by the Purchaser to be used by a minor, purchasing adult agrees to provide detailed instructions and warnings to any minor prior to use. Failure to do so is the sole responsibility of the Purchaser, who agrees to indemnify the Manufacturer for any unintended use/ misuse by a minor.
- If you find your device is excessively hot, is emitting odor, is deformed, abraded, cut, or is experiencing or demonstrating an abnormal phenomenon, immediately stop all product use and contact the Manufacturer.
- Never dispose of batteries in the garbage. Disposal of batteries in the garbage is unlawful under state and federal environmental laws & regulations. Always take used batteries to your local battery recycling center.
JML Benelux B.V. assumes no responsibility for any incidental or consequential damages arising out of your use of the product. In purchasing and using this product, you assume all responsibility for cleaning the product and monitoring the product for mold.
Charging
- Plug the large end of the included charging cable into a power adapter or computer with a USB port.
- Insert the small end of the cable into the back of Arctic Air™ Go.
- While charging, the light will blink red – when fully charged, the light will remain solid red. NOTE: Arctic Air™ Go requires approximately 90 min to fully charge and will last for 5 hours.
Usage
FOR BEST RESULTS:
Pre-soak or freeze filter prior to use for a blast of cool air. To avoid
leaking, DO NOT position the fan fully face down.
- Flip up the cap on top of Arctic Air™ Go and fill with water.
- Press the button on the front to turn on, and then again to adjust fan speed.
- You can use on a desk or table, or you can attach it onto most surfaces with the built-in clip.
- Adjust the 2-way 360˚ degree swivel base for best coverage.
Maintenance
IMPORTANT: If you see mold on the filter or notice a musty smell, stop and
clean the filter before further use. Fully submerge the filter in a pot or
bowl filled with equal parts
clean water & white vinegar – allow to soak for 45-60 minutes.
Rinse with warm water, wring out and let air dry.
To access the filter, remove the front grill by gently lifting and pulling the
two tabs under the unit (Fig 1).
We recommend weekly cleaning of your filter to keep it in best working
condition, and replacing every 3-6 months based on usage.
DISHWASHER: Place filter in the top-rack of your dishwasher & run cycle
normally. Remove and let air dry (Fig 2).
HAND WASH: Hand washes gently with water. Shake out excess water & let air dry
(Fig 3).
Warnings
- Do not carry Arctic Air™ Go when filled with water. Some water may remain in the unit even if the tank is empty.
- Use only clean water. If needed, use distilled water.
- Please read and follow regular maintenance as recommended in the “Maintenance” section of this guide.
- Arctic Air™ Go works best in non-polluted areas. Large dust/dirt particles may reduce the lifetime of unit.
- We recommend use only in dry locations. If using in a moist area or environment, take care not to get water on external areas of the product.
- If a leak or spill occurs on the surface of the device, unplug Arctic Air™ Go & let it dry for 24 hours. Then, use as normal.
- Do not place in direct sunlight for extended periods of time.
- Before not using Arctic Air™ Go for extended periods of time, empty the water tank, turn the unit on, and set to the highest fan speed for at least 4 hours. This will dry out then filter and inside of your unit.
- Only use the original power adapter and cord supplied in the package.
- Do not touch the power supply or power cord with wet hands.
- Unplug Arctic Air™ Go when cleaning, removing/replacing the filter, or moving the device.
- For best results, place Arctic Air™ Go on a higher surface like a table or countertop.
- Do not place Arctic Air™ Go near a heater or any electrical equipment.
- Do not place the device in passageways or high traffic areas where there is a possibility of tripping or knocking it over.
- Do not allow any foreign objects inside Arctic Air™ Go.
- Do not place items on top Arctic Air™ Go.
- Do not block the front and back grills of the device.
- Do not turn the device upside down.
- Do not submerge the Arctic Air™ Go underwater or other liquids.
- Do not place Arctic Air™ Go near open flames or fire sources.
- People with limited physical, visual or mental abilities or lacking proper experience and/or knowledge should never use the device without the supervision of those responsible for their safety or those capable of assistance in using the device.
- The device can be switched off completely only when disconnected from the power supply.
- The manufacturer does not bear any responsibility for any damage from failure to comply with this product guide.
- A replaceable water filter is designed specifically for this product. If your cartridge has been broken or damaged, you can purchase a replacement.
