Do not plug in lamp to power before installation is complete.
Caution: This portable lamp has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) as a safety feature to reduce the risk of electric shock. This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never use an extension cord unless the plug can be fully inserted. Do not alter the plug. AC only.
Install proper bulb type and wattage.
To clean the fixture: Turn off the power, wait for it to cool, and wipe the fixture with a clean, soft cloth.

Installation:

The installation process for the Table Lamp is as follows:

Ensure that the lamp is unplugged before starting the installation process.
Attach the spinner nut to the base of the lamp.
Place the shade over the spinner nut and secure it in place.
Insert the appropriate bulb type (Type A) with a maximum wattage of 60W into the socket. Note that the bulb is not included with the product.
Once the installation is complete, plug in the lamp to a polarized outlet.
