IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read and understand all instructions before using this product. Failure to follow all instructions listed below may result in electric shock, fire, and/or serious personal injury.
- For household use only.
- Servicing of an inflator requires extreme care and knowledge of the system, and should be done only by qualified service personnel. Replacement parts for an inflator must be identical to those parts in the inflator.
- Store inflator indoors when not in use.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Do not clean this inflator with a water spray or the like. Follow manufacturers cleaning instructions.
- Disconnect the battery pack from the inflator before making any adjustments, changing accessories, or storing inflators, etc.
- Store idle inflators out of the reach of children and do not allow persons unfamiliar with the inflator or these instructions to operate the inflator. Inflators are dangerous in the hands of untrained users.
- Have your inflator serviced by a qualified repair person using only identical replacement parts. This will ensure that the safety of the inflator is maintained.
- Battery disposal should be in compliance with the local regulations that address the disposal of hazardous materials, and do not incinerate battery pack.
- Keep your work area clean and well lit. Cluttered benches and dark areas increase the possibility of personal injury or property damage.
- Do not operate inflators in explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence of flammable liquids, gases or dust. Keep bystanders, children and visitors away while operating a inflator. Distractions can cause you to lose controll
- For best results and more efficient power, it is recommended that you operate your inflator with your vehicle’s engine running, making absolutely sure you are outside or in an open, well-ventilated area and not inside a confined area such as a garage as bodily injury or asphyxiation resulting in death could occur.
- This inflator is designed to inflate car tires, bike tires, ATV tires, sports equipment, air mattresses, beach toys and other inflatables. Do not use for any purpose other than inflating. If you do so, bodily harm or personal injury can occur.
- Allow inflator to cool down 10 minutes after each 10 minutes of continuous operation.
- Do not carry inflator by the air hose as damage may occur.
- Do not leave the inflator unattended while in operation.
- Do not overinflate. Please follow the manufacturer’s instructions for the item you are inflating.
- Keep the inflator away from flammable areas/liquids at all times.
- Do not operate the inflator in wet or damp areas.
- Operate the inflator only with the attachments that are included
- Use safety glasses. Also use a face or dust mask if operation is dusty
- This inflator is not designed to fill air tanks or air shocks
- Make sure that your vehicle 12 volt power outlet is free of any ash residue or debris. A dirty 12 volt power outlet can cause the inflator and power cord to overheat. Overheating can cause damage to your inflator/vehicle and could cause bodily harm or injury. Disconnect power when not in use.
- It is recommended that your vehicle’s 12 volt battery be fully charged to get the best performance.
- Verify that the inflator is secure while transporting.
- Store the inflator in a dry area that will prevent unauthorized use or damage. Keep out of the reach of children.
- Keep handles dry, clean, and free of debris. Clean the inflator after each use. Refer to the Maintenance Section in this manual for more information.
- Keep these instructions in a safe place for future reference. Refer to them often and use them to instruct other users. Anyone who uses this inflator must read these instructions carefully.
ELECTRICAL
- Prevent unintentional starting. Ensure the switch is in the off-position before connecting to battery pack, picking up or carrying the equipment. Carrying the equipment with your finger on the switch or energizing equipment that have the switch on invites accidents.
- Disconnect the battery pack from the equipment before making any adjustments, changing accessories, or storing equipment. Such preventive safety measures reduce the risk of starting the equipment accidentally.
- Recharge only with the charger specified by the manufacturer. A charger that is suitable for one type of battery pack may create a risk of fire when used with another battery pack.
- Use equipment only with specifically designated battery packs. Use of any other battery packs may create a risk of injury and fire.
- When battery pack is not in use, keep it away from other metal objects like paper clips, coins, keys, nails, screws or other small metal objects that can make a connection from one terminal to another.
- Shorting the battery terminals together may cause burns or a fire.

- Under abusive conditions, liquid may be ejected from the battery; avoid contact. If contact accidentally occurs, flush with water. If liquid contacts eyes, additionally seek medical help. Liquid ejected from the battery may cause irritation or burns.
- Do not use a battery pack or equipment that is damaged or modified. Damaged or modified batteries may exhibit unpredictable behavior resulting in fire, explosion or risk of injury.
- Do not expose a battery pack or equipment to fire or excessive temperature. Exposure to fire or temperature above 265°F (130°C) may cause an explosion.
- Have servicing performed by a qualified repair person using only identical replacement parts. This will ensure that the safety of the product is maintained.
- Follow all charging instructions and do not charge the battery pack or appliance outside of the temperature range specified in the instructions. Charging improperly or at temperatures outside of the specified range may damage the battery and increase the risk of fire.
- Do not modify or attempt to repair the appliance or the battery pack except as indicated in the instructions for use and care.

learn their meaning. Proper interpretation of these symbols will allow you to
operate the tool better and safer.
PROPOSITION
WARNING This product contains a chemical known to the state of California to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. Some dust created by power sanding, sawing, grinding, drilling, and other construction activities contains chemicals known to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. Some examples of these chemicals are

- Arsenic and chromium from chemically treated lumber.
Your risk of exposure to these chemicals varies depending on how often you do
this type of work. To reduce your exposure to these chemicals, work in a well-
ventilated area, and work with approved safety equipment, such as dust masks
that are specially designed to filter out microscopic particles.

ENVIRONMENTALLY SAFE BATTERY DISPOSAL
The toxic and corrosive materials below are in the batteries used in this machine: Lithium-Ion, a toxic material.
WARNING Discard all toxic materials in a specified manner to prevent contamination of the environment. Before discarding damaged or worn out Li-ion battery, contact your local waste disposal agency, or the local Environmental Protection Agency for information and specific instructions. Take the batteries to a local recycling and/or disposal center, certified for lithium- ion disposal.
WARNING If the battery pack cracks or breaks, with or without leaks, do not recharge it and do not use. Discard it and replace with a new battery pack. DO NOT TRY TO REPAIR IT! To prevent injury and risk of fire, explosion, or electric shock, and to avoid damage to the environment
- Cover the terminals of the battery with heavy-duty adhesive tape.
- DO NOT try to remove or destroy any of the battery pack components. DO NOT try to open the battery pack. If a leak develops, the released electrolytes are corrosive and toxic. DO NOT get the solution in the eyes or on skin, and do not swallow it.
- DO NOT put these batteries in your regular household trash.
- DO NOT incinerate.
- DO NOT put them where they will become part of any waste landfill or municipal solid waste stream.
- Take them to a certified recycling or disposal center.
INSTALLATION
UNPACK THE MACHINE
WARNING
Make sure that you correctly assemble the machine before use.
WARNING
- If parts of the machine are damaged, do not use the machine.
- If you do not have all the parts, do not operate the machine.
- If parts are damaged or missing, contact the service center.
- Open the package.
- Read the documentation provided in the box.
- Remove all the unassembled parts from the box.
- Remove the machine from the box.
- Discard the box and packing material in compliance with local regulations.
INSTALL THE BATTERY PACK A WARNING
- If the battery pack or charger is damaged, replace the battery pack or the charger.
- Stop the machine and wait until the motor stops before you install or remove the battery pack.
- Read, know, and do the instructions in the battery and charger manual.
- Align the lift ribs on the battery pack with the grooves in the battery compartment.
- Push the battery pack into the battery compartment until the battery pack locks into place.
- When you hear a click, the battery pack is installed.
TIP
This machine can also connect to the 12V power outlet directly. Insert the 12V
power cord (10) into the 12V power outlet, this will automatically provide
continuous 12V current to your inflator
REMOVE THE BATTERY PACK
- Push and hold the battery release button.
- Remove the battery pack from the machine.
SELECT THE MODE
High Pressure mode
NOTE Choose the high pressure mode to start the inflator when you connect the air hose (high pressure) to the item.
- Connect the quick connect valve adaptor (11) to item you are inflating.
- Push down the valve lock lever to secure the connection.
Low Pressure Mode
- Insert low pressure air hose (9) to the connector port and rotate counterclockwise.
- Use your desired nozzle to inflate the item.
NOTE Choose the low pressure mode to start the inflator when you connect the air hose (low pressure) to the item.
Deflating Mode
- To deflating item, insert low pressure air hose (9) to the air outlet (3).
- Use your desired nozzle to deflate the item.
NOTE Set the inflator to low pressure mode to deflate.
OPERATION
WARNING Always wear eye protection. A WARNING Do not use any attachments or accessories not recommended by the manufacturer of this product.
START THE MACHINE A WARNING
Always avoid over-inflation and never leave the inflator unattended when in
use.
- Press the On/Off button (11).
- Push the mode selection button (12) to choose high pressure or low pressure mode.
- The digital pressure gauge (13) will display the current pressure (in 1 PSI increments) of the item you are inflating on the upper section of the LCD Screen.
- Press button (14) to increase PSI, or press button (15) to decrease PSI.
- To start the inflator, push the run/pause button (16).
- To change the target PSI level, push the Run/ Pause button (16) again and the adjust level.
- To stop the inflator before it reaches the target PSI level, push the run/pause button (16). To resume inflation, simply press the button again. Press the On/Off button (11) to turn the inflator off. The power automatically cycles off after five minutes of no activity.
NOTE
- When you work under dim ambient, press the LED light button (17) to turn on the light.
- When the LCD readout screen is displaying the target PSI, the LCD readout will flash 3 times at the desired preset level.
- The pressure value of the low pressure mode is fixed and cannot be adjusted.
- The inflator will shut off automatically at the desired target PSI level that you have programmed into the target PSI setting.
- The inflator has a tolerance of -5 PSI and will automatically shut off accordingly.
- If the current pressure of the item you are inflating is greater than the target PSI, the inflator will not turn on.
STOP THE MACHINE
- Release the trigger to turn the machine OFF.
WARNING Release the trigger and allow the machine to come to a complete stop.
MAINTENANCE
- WARNING Remove the battery pack from the machine before maintenance.
- WARNING Do not use strong solvents or detergents on the plastic housing or components.
CLEAN THE MACHINE
A CAUTION The machine must be dry. Humidity can cause risks of electrical
shocks.
- Clear the unwanted material out of the air vent with a vacuum cleaner.
- Do not spray the air vent or put the air vent in solvents.
- Clean the housing and the plastic components with a moist and soft cloth

LIMITED WARRANTY
Greenworks hereby warranties this product, to the original purchaser with proof of purchase, for a period of three (3) years against defects in materials, parts or workmanship. Greenworks, at its own discretion, will repair or replace any and all parts found to be defective, through normal use, free of charge to the customer. This warranty is valid only for units which have been used for personal use that have not been purchased or rented for industrial/commercial use, and that have been maintained in accordance with the instructions in the owners’ manual supplied with the product when new.
ITEMS NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY
- Any part that has become inoperative due to misuse, commercial use, abuse, neglect, accident, improper maintenance, or alteration; or
- The unit, if it has not been operated and/or maintained in accordance with the owner’s manual; or
- Normal wear;
- Routine maintenance items such as lubricants, blade sharpening;
- Normal deterioration of the exterior finish due to use or exposure.

Transportation charges for the movement of any power equipment unit or
attachment are the responsibility of the purchaser. It is the purchaser’s
