How to Power On/Off

  • To power on, remove the earbuds from the case or hold the “B” logo on each earbud for 3 seconds
  • To power off, place the earbuds in the case or hold the “B” logo on the earbuds for 10 seconds
  • If the case is completely out of battery, the earbuds won’t turn off automatically

Pairing for the First Time

  1. Remove any protective plastic from the bottom of the earbuds
  2. Place the earbuds in the charging case
  3. Remove both earbuds from the charging case and they will automatically turn on and connect to each other
  4. Go to the Bluetooth menu on your device and select “Back Bay FirstClass 70”
  5. If your phone shows a Bluetooth

Pairing Request, press “Pair”

Disconnect from any previous devices by holding the “B” on either earbud for 5 sec until they say “disconnected.” The earbuds will automatically go into pairing mode.
Find “Back Bay FirstClass 70” in the Bluetooth menu of your second  device to connect.

Fixing a Connection Issue

  • In your phone’s Bluetooth settings, find “Back Bay FirstClass 70” and click “Forget this Device” or “Unpair”
  • Remove the earbuds from their case
  • Press and hold the “B” logo on each earbud for 10 full seconds until a white light quickly flashes three times on each earbud
  • Lift your fingers, then press and hold again for 10 full seconds until the white light flashes two times quickly
  • Place the earbuds in the case and close the lid for 10 seconds
  • Remove the earbuds from the case and you should see “Back Bay FirstClass 70” in your phone’s Bluetooth menu

If you don’t see “Back Bay FirstClass 70” in your Bluetooth menu, turn your phone’s Bluetooth off and on again

Noise Cancelling

Hold LEFT bud for 3 sec to switch modes:

  1. Pass-Through Mode
  2. Active Noise Cancelling ON
  3. Active Noise Cancelling OFF

When the earbuds turn on, they will start in Pass-Through Mode, which allows you to hear your surroundings

Positioning

Place the earbud in your ear with the “B” logo facing out. Rotate the earbud until you find a comfortable position

How to Charge

Charging the Earbuds

  • Simply place the earbuds in the charging case (Make sure they are not wet)
  • When you place the earbuds in the case, the LED light on the front of the case will flash once to show that the earbuds are charging
  • The case will recharge the earbuds 3 full times before you need to recharge the case

Charging the Case

  • Locate the USB-C cable included in the accessory box, and plug it into the back of the case

Do not use a charger that exceeds 5V 1A. Higher voltage may damage the battery

The LED light on the outside of the case indicates the battery level of the case.
The light will shine while charging and every time you close the case.

Helpful Charging Tips

  • If the earbuds don’t turn off when you put them in the case, it means the case is fully out of battery and needs to be recharged.
  • You can leave the charging case plugged in as long as you like and it won’t over-charge. We have designed the electronics to prevent over-charging.
