About the power supply

• Before connecting the device to your power supply, please ensure that the supply voltage stated on the rating plate is compatible with your main supply.
• Only connect the mains plug to the wall socket when the device is switched off.
• Only use the mains adapter that is provided with the foot massager.
• Keep the power supply, the cable, the control unit, and the foot massager away from heat, hot surfaces, moisture, and liquids. Never get hold of the power supply with wet hands.
• Do not take hold of a device if it falls into the water. Pull out the power plug and the power supply unit from the socket immediately.
• Always unplug the equipment immediately after use.
• To disconnect the unit from the power supply, always pull the plug out of the socket. Do not pull on the cable!
• Do not carry, pull, or twist the foot massager on the cable, the power supply unit, or the control unit.
• You must not continue to use the unit if the lead or the mains adaptor is damaged. For safety reasons, these parts may only be replaced by authorized service personnel. In order to prevent hazards, always send the unit in to the service center.

Before using the unit

Operating the unit

• The foot massager must only be used for its intended purpose as described in the instruction manual.
• Using the unit for any other purpose invalidates the warranty.

• The maximum operating time for one session is 15 minutes.

Operating

1. Conned the adapter cable to the cable on the foot massager.
2. Plug the home adapter into an electric outlet.
3. Turn on the device by operating the remote control (refer to controller instructions.).
4. When finished unplug the adapter from the outlet.

• The device will automatically switch off after the 15-minute timer runs out.
• Do not set up or use the device in a bathroom or similar wet/damp areas.
• Ensure the device is not exposed to direct sunlight or placed near sources of heat.

If the product(s) is damaged or defective within a reasonable time, Snailax offers the warranty as below.

Buyer

Snailax warrants the product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use, for a period of 12 months from the original invoice date, except as noted below. Snailax products can be repaired or replaced within the warranty period or returned for a refund within 90 days if the products break down in the period of proper use.

The warranty extends only to consumers, NOT to any retailers or resellers. This warranty is effective only if the product is purchased and operated in the country in which the product is purchased. Warranty claims for product defects, unless an extended warranty is registered, expire 12 months from the purchase day. Warranty claims CANNOT be processed for items that have exceeded the warranty period. The warranty does NOT cover the replaced, refurbished product. The warranty does have other limitations as below “Warranty Limitations”. To obtain warranty service on Snailax products, follow the “Warranty Claim Procedures” below.

Warranty Claim Procedures:

1. For any product the customer believes is defective and seeks for warranty, the customer must provide to Customer Support:
   • Valid proof of purchase (see below the definition of valid proof of purchase);
   • Pictures and/or descriptions are required to claim defective merchandise;
   • Model number and Series Number label attached to each product
2. If the warranty claim is justified by Snailax Customer Support, the customer(s) will obtain from Snailax a Warranty/Return Authorization Number (RMA Number)
3. Snailax reserves the right to specify that items be returned to the designated warehouse for inspection or be inspected by our representative in the field or retained by the customer.
4. Any claim for defective merchandise returns must be packed in original packaging
5. The item(s) will be repaired or replaced or a refund credit will be issued once the item(s) are delivered. When returning items with RMA# and a prepaid shipping label provided by Snailax, Snailax takes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit.
