Safety Instructions about the power supply

  • Before connecting the device to your power supply, please ensure that the supply voltage stated on the rating plate is compatible with your mains supply.
  • Only connect the mains plug to the wall socket when the device is switched off.
  • Only use the mains adapter that is provided with the massage belt with heat
  • Keep the power supply, the cable, the control unit and the massage belt with heat away from heat, hot surfaces, moisture and liquids. Never get hold of the power supply with wet hands.

  • You must not continue to use the unit if the lead or the mains adaptor are damaged. For safety reasons, these parts may only be replaced by authorized service personnel. In order to prevent hazards, always send the unit in to the service centre.
  • Ensure that the cable will not cause tripping. The cable must not be kinked, trapped or twisted.

  • Take care when using the heater. Do not use if you have circulatory problems or on areas not sensitive to heat. Risk of burning!
  • Consult your doctor if you have any questions concerning the therapeutic use of massage belt with heat.
  • If you have unexplained pain, are receiving treatment from a doctor and/or use medical equipment, consult your doctor before using the massage belt with heat.

Before using the unit

  • Always carefully inspect the power supply, the cable, the control unit and the massage belt with heat for damage before use. Do not attempt to use a defective unit.
  • Do not use the unit if there are visible signs of damage on the unit or the cable components, the unit does not work properly or massage belt with heat or the control unit have been dropped or become damp. In order to prevent hazards, always send the unit in to the service centre.

Operating the unit

  • The massage belt with heat must only be used for its intended purpose as described in the instruction manual.
  • Using the unit for any other purpose invalidates the warranty.
  • Never leave the unit unattended if it is connected to the power supply.
  • Do not allow the massage belt with heat to come into contact with pointed or sharp objects.
  • Never put the unit down next to an electric stove or other sources of heat.
  • Do not stand on the unit.
  • Do not touch the power supply unit when you are standing in water and always take hold of the plug with dry hands.

The device is not to be used for commercial use or medical purposes.
If you have health concerns, consult your doctor before using the massage belt with heat.
The driver may not use the massage belt with heat when driving.
Only use the massage belt with heat in a parked vehicle.

Maintenance and cleaning

  • The unit is maintenance free. If a fault does occur, just check whether the mains power adapter is properly connected.
  • You may only clean the device yourself. If the device malfunctions please do not repair it yourself as this leads to the automatic expiry of all guarantee rights. Ask your specialist dealer and have repairs carried out by the service.
  • Do not use the unit if there are visible signs of damage on the unit or the cable components, the unit does not work properly or the massage belt with heat or the control unit have been dropped or become damp. In order to prevent hazards, always send the unit in to the service centre.
  • Do not immerse the device in water or other fluids.
  • If, nonetheless, liquid should penetrate the device, unplug the mains cable immediately.
  • Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.

Operating

  1. Connect the adapter cable to the corresponding cable on the device.
  2. Plug the home adapter into electric outlet.
  3. Turn on the device using the controller(Refer to below controller instructions).
  4. Adjust the proper belt length with Velcro straps.

Warning

  • The device will automatically turn off after the set timer runs out.
  • Do not setup or use the device in a bathroom or similary wet / damp areas.
  • For your own safety we equip the device with a protection against over-heating.
  • The device will switch off automatically and will only allow switching on again after an appropriate downtime.

Controller Instructions

  1. Press the “Power button” to turn on the device, the default setting is the timer of 30 minutes and the temperature at 35℃(95°F)
  2. There are 6 levels of temperature adjustment between 35℃(95°F) -60℃(140°F). Press “heat button” each to adjust the temperature up/down 5℃。
  3. There are 10 timers in total, you can set the timer between 30minutes,1/1.5/ 2.0/2.5/3.0/3.5/4.0/4.5/5.0 hours.

Note

  1. The default timer is 30minutes. When the time is within 30mins, the countdown starts, and the remaining time is displayed on the screen
  2. Press “Timer”, “Heat” or “Vibration”button, the corresponding button indicator will light up. If there is no operation within 5 seconds,and the heating function is turned on, the display will return to be the time countdown state. If only the vibration function is turned on, the current vibration mode will be displayed. Later press timer, temperature or Vibration button to display the current time,mode or temperature, press again to adjust the time, mode or temperature.
  3. In standby state, the screen will flash if the heating or vibration function is not activated. If there is no operation within 1 minute, the massage will be switched off automatically.

Miscellaneous

Cleaning and maintenance

  • Always unplug the unit before cleaning it. Never touch the power plug with wet hands.
  • Before cleaning, allow unit to cool.
  • Wipe the unit with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use cloths containing any kind of chemical or alcohol and solvent liquids.
  • Never submerge any part of the unit in liquid.
  • If the unit is particularly dirty, use the following instructions:
    1. Dampen a cloth in water or a 3%–5% mild detergent solution.
    2. Wipe the dirty areas with the wet cloth.
    3. Wipe the areas with a soft, dry cloth.
    4. Wait for the unit to become fully dry before use.
  • Place massager in a safe, dry, and cool place. Avoid contact with sharp edges or pointed objects which might cut or puncture the surface.

Disposal

This product must not be disposed of together with domestic waste.
All users are obliged to hand in all electrical or electronic devices, regardless of whether or not they contain toxic substances, at a municipal or commercial collection point so that they can be disposed of in an environmentally acceptable manner. Consult your municipal authority or your dealer for information about disposal.

Buyer

Comfier warrants the product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use, for a period of 12 months from the original invoice date, except as noted below. Comfier products can be repaired or replaced within warranty period or returned for refund within 90 days if the products break down in the period of proper use.

The warranty extends only to consumers, NOT to any retailers or resellers. This warranty is effective only if the product is purchased and operated in the country in which the product is purchased. Warranty claims for product defects, unless extended warranty is registered, expire 12 months from the purchase day. Warranty claims CANNOT be processed for items that have exceeded the warranty period. The warranty does NOT cover the replaced, refurbished product. Warranty Claim Procedures

  1. 1. Any product the customer believes is defective and seeks for warranty, the customer must provide to Customer Support:
    • Valid proof of purchase (see below the definition of valid proof of purchase);
    • Pictures and/or description are required to claim defective merchandise;
    • Model number and Series Number label attached to each product
  2. If the warranty claim is justified by Comfier Customer Support, customer(s) will obtain from Comfier a Warranty/Return Authorization Number (RMA Number)
  3. Comfier reserves the right to specify that items be returned to the designated warehouse for inspection or be inspected by our representative in the field or be retained by customer.
  4. Any claim for defective merchandise returns must be packed in original packaging
  5. The items) will be repaired or replaced or a refund credit will be issued once the items) are delivered. When returning items with RMA# and a prepaid shipping label provided by Comfier, Comfier takes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit.
