OPERATION

  • Before using the electric mincer, make sure there is enough space inside the container to allow the blades to move freely. It is important that the container is not overfilled, as this could obstruct or hinder the proper rotation of the blades. Do not use the appliance if the container is empty.
  • Do not use the appliance continuously for more than 20 seconds. After 20 seconds of continuous use, allow the appliance to cool down to room temperature (at least 2 minutes) before using it again.
  • The blades of this appliance are sharp. Treat them with care at all times and never allow fingers, hair or clothing to come into contact with them. When the mincer is not in use, the blades should be stored in the cover provided.
  • If you wish to remove the contents of the container with a spatula, first remove the blades.

Before using the product

  1. Wash all parts of the mincer that will come into contact with food, i.e., the chopping container, the cover of the mincer and the top cover with warm soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly.
  2. Remove the covers from both blades. Place the blade faces down on a worktop, then push down on the plastic housing of the blades to release them. Be careful not to touch the cutting surfaces.
  3. Wash the blades with warm, soapy water; rinse and dry them thoroughly. As soon as the blades are dry, place them in their covers for safety.
  4. To replace the cover, place the blade face down on a worktop. Place the cover over the blade and press the cover down to secure it.
  5. Unwind the power cord. Clean the entire motor unit with a soft cloth dampened with soapy water and then with a clean, damp cloth. Dry well. Do not immerse the motor unit, power cord, or plug in water.
  6. If the appliance is not to be used immediately, install it completely. Place the covered blades in the container. Now place the cover on the container and then carefully place the chopper body under the cover.

Prepare and introduce the ingredients for chopping
Cut the ingredients into 25 mm cubes. If the food is very solid or dry, cut the pieces into smaller cubes. If the ingredients are very dry, it may be necessary to add some liquid. You should never try to chop only dry ingredients in the chopper.
Ice crushing
The maximum amount of ice that can be crushed at the same time is 8 ice cubes (not larger than 20 x 20 x 20 mm).
Assembly and operation of the product
Place the mincer on a stable surface, free from heat and humidity and within reach of a mains socket. Ensure that all parts that come into contact with food are clean.

  1. Carefully remove the blade cover; be careful not to touch the blades. Insert the blade assembly into the shaft of the chopping container and press it into place. Once the blades are in position, you can insert the food. See the previous section for guidance on food preparation.
  2. Fill the container with the prepared food. Although the maximum capacity of the vessel is 2000 ml, we strongly advise that no more than 500 ml be processed at a time. Refer to the “Recommended Operating Times” table for assistance.
  3. The food level must never exceed the MAX mark on the chopping container.
  4. When using the ice crusher, do not put more than 8 ice cubes in the container.
  5. Place the chopper cover on the chopping container. Place the cover over the blade assembly and check that the blade assembly is centred and rotates freely. Make sure that the blades are not trapped by pieces of food.
  6. Place the motor unit over the chopping container. Turn it slightly to make sure that it is well centred and that the blades are properly engaged. If the engine is in the right place, the weight of the engine unit will press down on the blade assembly.
  7. Plug the appliance to a power supply and switch it on. You must ensure that the power cable is completely unwound.
  8. The device has two speeds: low speed and high speed. Hold the mincer firmly and then press the corresponding button on the top of the motor unit to start processing the food.
  9. Release the pressure to switch off the appliance.
    – Operate the appliance for short periods of time. Never let the engine run continuously for more than 20 seconds.
    – After 20 seconds of continuous operation, allow the engine to cool down to room temperature.
    – With some foods it may be necessary to stop the appliance and redistribute the food before continuing. Always unplug the appliance before removing the cover.

Pulse mode: make several short, high-speed pulses.
Removing the food

  1. Disconnect the device from the mains.
  2. Remove the motor unit and the top cover.
  3. Remove the blades and place them in a safe place before emptying the food with a spoon.

After use

  1. Unplug the device.
  2. If the engine is hot, allow it to cool down completely.
  3. Remove the motor unit and the top cover.
  4. Lift the blades and place them in a safe place.
  5. Pour the contents of the container with a spoon.
