Welcome to use the Onvian mini Bluetooth adapter, please check the computer system(Not applicable for Mac OS, Linux, TV, Car) you have before using the adapter and disable the existing built-in Bluetooth driver before installing the new Bluetooth adapter, otherwise the error reported in Q3 may occur.
About installation:
Windows 11/10/8.1/8: Plug & Play
Plug & Play steps.
- Plug the Bluetooth dongle into a USB port on your computer (recommend installing it in the front USB port to avoid interference from your router or other devices).
- Wait about 6-8 seconds until the Windows own drivers have been installed.
- Restart the computer and you will see the Bluetooth icon appear in the bottom right hand corner of the taskbar.

How do I pair Bluetooth with my device after installing the system on my Win7 system?
- Open Start Menu → Settings → Devices (Bluetooth, Printer, Mouse).
- Select “Add Device”, select the device you want to pair with your computer and click Next → click Finish → enter the same code to pair successfully.
Note: If the device is not searched for a long time, please check if your device has Bluetooth turned on.
How to solve the error when installing the driver？
Q1:The Bluetooth icon does not appear?
A1:Please make sure you have turned on Bluetooth in the Windows settings.
A2: Insert the adapter into the USB port of your computer first, then install the driver.
Q3: After installing the driver, if there is a yellow exclamation mark or driver error.
Q4: It cannot search or pair any Bluetooth devices.
Q5: Your computer does not recognize this adapter.
A5: 1. Replace the other USB port. 2. Check if the driver is installed correctly or try to reinstall it. 3. Check if the computer has enabled the Bluetooth function.
