Congratulations on purchasing a quality electric bicycle from oration Bikes! Your bike has been assembled, tuned and adjusted by a professional primo technician with the utmost care and test ridden for safety. In order to fit your bike into its shipping container, we had to disassemble it partially. But fear not. All you need to do is follow a few simple steps to resemble and adjust your bike before it is ready for the road. Please read this manual carefully before assembling and riding your bike. Product Overview

Installation

Step 1.

• Adjust the stem Turn the stem of the handlebar 180 degrees so that it is facing forward.
• Fasten the two bolts on the stem to secure the handlebar.
• Adjust the rise: Refer to Figures 4 and 5. Loosen the screws on the side and bottom of the stem and adjust the stem to your desired angle before tightening the screws.

Step 2.
Install the handlebar

• Loosen the four screws on the stem to remove the stem cap
• Rotate the handlebar so that it is 90 degrees from the wheel and frame
• Put the stem cap on and tighten the four screws in the right order

Step 3
Install disc brakes for the front wheel

• Align the disc brake with the wheel
• Make sure all six M5*8.5 screws are inserted. Use the Allen wrench with the right size to tighten the disc brake

Step 4.
Assemble and install the front wheel

• Remove the wheel and the quick-release skewer. There are two conical springs on the quick-release skewer.
• Open the lever and unscrew the thumb nut on the quick-release skewer.
• Slot in the quick-release skewer, ensuring that the wheel is sandwiched between its two conical springs, and tighten the thumb nut. A The thumb nut should be on the same side as the disc brake. Both conical springs should point toward the wheel’s hub. Keep the lever open and thread the thumb nut a few turns, leaving enough room for the fork dropouts.
• Lower the front fork on the front wheel. Make sure the brake rotor is in the brake caliper and in between the brake pads, and that the axle is slotted securely in the fork dropouts. ! Make sure that the wheel is fully seated in the dropouts.
• Hold the quick-release lever, keep it level with the axle, then tighten the thumb nut until the lever can stay parallel to the floor without being held. Use your palm to close the lever fully without touching the brake rotor. The quick-release lever locks the front wheel to the bike. To ensure safety, make sure the thumb nut is sufficiently tightened so that.

Step 5. Install rear derailleur guard

• Take the 2 x M5*10 screws from the bike’s rear frame.
• Align the rear derailleur guard to the screw holes @ and 2 on the rear wheel, then secure the guard by fastening the two screws\

Step 6. Install pedal

• Each pedal comes with an “L” sticker or “R” sticker that identifies it as the left or right pedal
• Start by tightening the pedals manually by turning the right pedal clockwise and the left pedal counterclockwise with your hand
• Secure the pedals by tightening them with a pedal wrench or an open-end wrench.

IMPORTANT
Do not attempt to force the pedal into the crank if you encounter resistance while tightening the pedals. Remove the pedal and try again until you can tighten the pedal smoothly. Make sure that the pedals are locked tightly to each crank arm. Otherwise, the pedals may loosen while you are riding the bike. A loose or detached pedal can lead to a loss of control over the bike and falls, resulting in serious injur

Step 7. Install the saddle

• Open the clamp under the seat post. Pull the seat up or push it down to adjust the height
• Close the clamp to secure the seat in place. Do not raise the saddle above the safety line
• Adjust the padding of saddle by inflating or deflating the saddle with the buttons as shown below.

Step 8. Install the battery

• Insert the battery into the middle frame and turn the key to lock it
• To remove the battery, use the key to unlock the battery before pulling the battery out

Step 9. Install Front Reflector

• Remove the white reflector
• Place the reflector on the handlebar
• Tighten the screws with the appropriate tool to secure the white reflector

Note : The package comes with a 2-in-l screwdriver. Remove and replace the tip with a Philips head to install the front reflector.

Step 10. Install Rear Reflector

• Remove the red reflector
• Place the reflector on the saddle tube
• Tighten the screws with the appropriate tool to secure the rear reflector

Charging the Battery

Charging Instructions

Charge the E-Bike before you use it. It generally takes around three to four hours to charge the battery fully.

1. Step 1.
   Make sure the bike is turned off. Check that the charging cable and power adapter are securely connected.

2. Step 2
   Plug the charger into a wall outlet (110V-240V), then plug the other end into the charging port on the E-Bike. Remove the cop if needed.

3. Step 3.
   Allow three to four hours for charging. The power adopter’s indicator light stay turn red during the charging and turn green once charging 6 complete. Disconnect all cables once charging is completed. For your convenience, the battery can also be charged while detached from the E-Bike.

A You connote turn on the electric bike or use the meter during the charging process. To check the battery level, check the charger’s indicator light or press the bulton on the battery compartment.

NOTE
Charge the battery fully before your first use. This may take up to three to four hours.

• Perform periodic inspections on the battery port and charging coble.
• Keep your charging site clean and dry at all times.
• Do not charge your E-bike if the charging port is damp or has any liquid on it.
• For optimal battery performance. refrain from charging your E-Bike in extremely hot or cold environments ^

ATTENTION

• DO NOT use the bike while it is charging or connected to the charger.
• The charging duration is three to four hours. Charging the bike longer than the recommended duration may affect battery life and/or performance. If the charging adopter’s indicator light does not light up, check that the coble is securely connected to the power outlet and the bike.
• Use only the charger that comes with your primo E-sake. E you lose or misplace your charger, contact Customer Support to get a

Battery Security
Lock/Removal For your convenience and security, the craimo E-Bike’s battery is removable and can be locked to the frame when required

1. Step 1. To remove the battery, Insert the key and tum it to the unlock position.
2. Step 2. To insert the battery, simply slot it into the frame and turn the key to the locked position

Remember to lock the battery and remove the key before riding the bike.

Open the clamp under the seat post. Pull the seat up or push it down to adjusts the height. Make sure the seat post Is Inserted fluty into the frame and that the nose of the saddle is parole to the frame. Close the clamp to secure the seat in place.

Riding Your E-Bike

Adjusting the Seat Height
Positioning the seat at the right height is the key to better pedaling. greater satety, and overall comfort. Use the riders leg length to determine the Ideal seat height. When pedaling. you should keep your hips level and you should not overextend your legs. To deter- mine the right seat height, sit on the E-Bike. place the ball of your foot on one pedal and push it down to its lowest point. Your knee should be bending slightly. Now, place your heel on the pedal. Your leg should be almost completely straight.

How to Ride Riding Modes

Throttle-Only -LCD smart display is turned on. Comes with six speed modes (0 to 5). Control the speed of the bike by adjusting the throttle Pedal-Assist – LCD smart display is fumed on. Comes with five speed modes (1 to 5) that give you a boost as you pedal Pedal-Only- LCD smort display is turned off. Pedal like vou’re riding a conventional bike.

• Charge the battery fully and check that the battery has been turned on before riding the bike
• Turn on your E-Bike by pressing and holding the power button for two seconds. The Pedal-Assist mode, with five speed modes (1 to 5) available, will be automatically activated.
• Turn the throttle to get the bike moving. The maximum speed (under Throttle-Only mode) is 20 mph (32 km/h).
• Switch between 3×7 gears by pressing the gear button or pushing the gear. The gear button only shifts up gears.
• To stop the bike, release the throttle, then squeeze the brake lever to slow the front and rear wheels down.

Buttons The oraimo

E-Bike’s display has several functions.
Press to switch from high to low speed.
Press and hold for two seconds to turn the E-Bike on/off.
Press to switch between speed modes from 0 to 5.
Press and hold for two to three seconds to start the push mode (6km/h).

Display Battery level

• Shows battery status. Speed display
• Shows current speed in mph. Speed mode
• Shows how much assistance you are getting from the motor.

Safety
Tips Here are some tips to help you have a safe and fun riding experience. Always make sure that your brakes are working properly before every ride.

ATTENTION
Wear a good, properly fitted helmet and other protective gear to reduce the severity of injuries in the event of an accident. Lower your risk of getting critical head injuries by 85% with a helmet. Lower your risk of getting elbow injuries by 82% with elbow pads. Lower your risk of getting knee injuries by 32% with knee pads.

SAFETY FIRST

• If you are uncertain about any part of this manual, please bring your oraimo and this manual to a local bike shop for professional inspection, assembly and instructions.
• To keep yourself safe and to prolong the lifespan of your oraimo, it is extremely important that you follow the safety guidelines in this manual.
• Before you ride your oraimo for the first time, be 100% sure that it has been assembled correctly. The step-by-step instructions for the assembly are included in this manual. If you are unsure about the assembled product, please bring it to your nearest bike shop.
• Make sure that the following parts are installed correctly and tightened securely: pedals, saddle height, handlebar (both rotation and height) and wheels.
• • Ensure that all safety latches, including quick releases and rings, are locked firmly in place.
• • Ensure all screws and bolts (including those in the front/rear wheels, saddle and brake rotors) are tightened properly. There may be specific instructions given when it comes to securing certain parts of the bike, e.g.. you may have to use a torque wrench for safety reasons.
• Check your brakes before every ride. Exercise extra caution when riding in wet or icy conditions.
• Check your tire pressures regularly. They should be kept between 2.7 to 3.4 bar (40 to 50 psi).
• Low tire pressure may damage your bike’s tires and rims and shorten the lifespan of your oraimo. Your ride may be cut short if you get a flat tire.
• We advise you to always wear a helmet when riding your oraimo.
• Please observe all traffic regulations and other applicable laws, including any laws on lighting. Do not drink and ride. Alcohol, in any amount, can impair your judgment and increase your risk of getting into an accident.
• Riding at night or in bad weather can be dangerous.
• Do not lend your oraimo to someone who is unfamiliar with operating the bike. If you do choose to lend your oraimo to anyone, make sure that they read and understand the instructions in this manual. WHEN

WAITING AT THE TRAFFIC JUNCTION, ADJUST THE SPEED MODE TO O OR HOLD THE BRAKE SO THAT YOU DO NOT START THE E-BIKE IF YOU STEP ON THE PEDAL ACCIDENTALLY.

Maintenance

Do not perform any kind of maintenance while the E-Bike is turned on or charging. Before each ride, check whether the quick-release screws are loose and whether the brakes are working. Check the handlebars and screws once a week and charge the bike at least once every three months.

Battery Maintenance

• Do not store the battery in a location that exceeds the temperature range of 20°C-25°C/68°F-77°F. Do not pierce the battery. Refer to local laws and regulations on battery recycling and/or disposal.
• If maintained properly, a battery can continue to perform at optimal levels well even powering your bike for many miles. Charge the battery after each ride to prevent the battery from draining completely. To ensure optimal performance and prolonged battery life, use the battery at room temperature (70°F /22°C). Using the battery at temperatures below 32°F/0°C will shorten battery life and affect performance. Expect battery life and performance at -4°F/-20°C to be half of that at 70°F/22°C and to improve when the temperature rises.

NOTE

Generally, a fully charged battery can last for 90 days in standby mode while a low-power battery can last for 30-60 days in standby mode. Remember to charge the battery after each use. Draining the battery may damage it. The electronic components inside the battery log the battery’s charges and discharges. Damage caused by over-discharge or under-discharge is not covered by the limited warranty.

ATTENTION

• Do not attempt to disassemble the battery as it poses a fire hazard.
• Do not ride the bike if the ambient temperature exceeds the operating temperature (see Specifications). Excessively low/high temperatures will curtail the bike’s maximum power/torque, potentially leading to slips or falls and resulting in injury or property damage.

Cleaning Clean your E-Bike

• Wipe the E-Bike with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Check the wheels for debris. The E-Bike is designed for easy wheel maintenance.
• The E-Bike is IPX4 water resistant, which means it is splash-proof. However, do not submerge the E-Bike in water.
• Do not let water or any other liquids get into the E-Bike’s electrical parts or battery.

NOTE: Do not use alcohol, gasoline, acetone, or other corrosive/volatile solvents to clean the bicycle. These substances may damage the bike’s exterior and internal components. 6.3 Storage Here are some tips on how to store your oraimo E-Bike.

• Before storing the bike, charge the battery fully to prevent over-discharge due to lack of use.
• Even if you have not been using your E-Bike for more than one month, you should discharge and charge the battery at least once a month.
• Cover the E-Bike to keep dust out. Do not store your bike in a dusty environment as this may damage the bike over time.

NOTE : Store your bicycle in a cool and dry place. Do not keep it outdoors for a prolonged period. Exposure to sunlight and extreme temperatures (hot or cold) will speed up the wear and tear of plastic parts and may reduce battery life.

Disposal at End-of-Life
This product must not be disposed of by incineration, landfilling, or alongside household waste. Improper disposal of the battery may lead to overheating, a fire or an explosion and result in serious injury. The chemicals inside the battery are chemical pollutants. We recommend that all oraimo products be disposed of as a whole or through an e-waste recycling center, program, or facility. Local regulations and laws about the recycling and disposal of lithium-ion batteries and/or products containing them vary according to country, state, and region. Check your local laws and regulations on the proper way to dispose of the battery and/or bike. It is the user’s responsibility to dispose of their property in accordance with local regulations and laws. For additional information about where you should drop off your batteries and electrical or electronic waste, please contact the relevant local or regional authorities or waste disposal services.

One-Year Limited Hardware Warranty

Your oraimo E-Bike has a one-year limited hardware warranty that covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. oraimo offers a 12-month warranty for the frame. The warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship found in the product under normal, appropriate use. oraimo offers a 12-month warranty for the battery and motor. The warranty does not cover any damages that result from failure to follow instructions relating to the product’s use. A 12-month warranty applies to all other parts, except consumable parts, and covers defects in materials or workmanship. Consumable parts include and are not limited to brake blocks, brake pads, brake handles, tires, and brake tubes.

NOTE : Damaged accessories and consumables are not exchangeable. Consumables, including inner tubes, outer fires, and car parts are not covered. This warranty does not apply to:

1. Damage arising from failure to follow the instruction manual.
2. Damage arising from normal wear and tear, accident, abuse, negligence, improper assembly, improper maintenance, or incorrect use by any user.

4. Bikes that have been modified or whose model does not match the model on the warranty card.

7. Bikes whose warranty has expired. oraimo’s warranty is offered to the original purchaser of the product and may not be transferred to a third party.
