E06-B Setup Guide
Note: When the E06-B is powered on with the speaker, even if no audio is playing, it’s still high power consumption, we recommend you to turn off the E06-B to save power.

Product Introduction

Power Button:
Long press for 2-3 seconds to Power on/Power off

Type-C Output Jack:
DC 9V 2.22A power output (power for Home Pod Mini)

Type-C Input Jack:
DC 9V 2.22A power input (make sure to use the HomePod Mini original adapter to charge the E06-B)

Product Usages

  1. Tear off the protective film of the removable gel pad, align the cable of HomePod Mini in accordance with the Type-C Output Jack of battery base, then press it down slightly.
  2. Wrap the power cable of HomePod Mini within the cable slot of E06-B.
  3. Insert the Type-C cable plug of HomePod Mini into the Output Jack of E06-B.
  4.  Long press the power button for 2-3 seconds to power on (It is recommended that you fully charge E06-B at your first time enabled).
  5. Charging Instruction: Please connect the charging cable in the package with your original adapter of HomePod Mini to charge E06-B.
    ADO NOT use the charging cable in the package to connect the input Jack with the output Jack of E06-B.

Q: Why does the E06-B turn off about 30 seconds after powered on?

A:E06-B will automatically detect the device when it is turned on. Please check if the HomePod Mini is installed correctly according to this guide. If the HomePod Mini is not connected correctly , E06-B will automatically shut down after 30 seconds to save energy.

Q: Why does the HomePod Mini not working when power on the E06-B?

A: Please check if the power cable of HomePod Mini is plugged correctly into the output jack of the E06-B. You can re-install by following this installation manual to make it work again.

Q: Why does the newly received E06-B battery base run out of power soon?

A: Please note that the power status of E06-B is not 100% when out of the factory. You can fully charge it before your first use.

Q: Why does E06-B battery base heat up while charging with the HomePod Mini plugged in?

A: Dot't worry, this is normal. It's similar to when your mobile device gets hot when watching videos or making phone calls while charging it.

Q: Why does the fully charged E06-B run out of power after 24 hours on stand- by mode without playing music?

Q: Why could I not to wake up Siri sometimes or play the music smoothly? Are these issues related to the installation of E06-B?

A: Please rest assured that these issues are not from E06 battery base. The E06-B only powers the HomePod Mini and has no impact in its functioning. Please check whether your HomePod Mini is within Wi-Fi network range and is well connected.

Q:Why does the E06-B not working when the charging cable connect with the original adapter of HomePod Mini?

A: Please ensure to use the original adapter of HomePod Mini to charge the E06-B firstly, then check if the charging cable is plugged correctly into the input jack of the E06-B.

DO NOT use the charging cable in the package to connect the input Jack with the output Jack of E06-B. Otherwise, it will run out power of the battery base gradually and produces high temperature.
