AVATAR SD301-2SH Drum Kit Installation Guide

IMPORTANT NOTES

Please observe the following notes, but not limited to these notes!

• Do not place the kit under direct sunlight, near radiate heat devices, or otherwise subject to temperature extremes. Excessive heat can deform or discolor the kit.

• When moved from one location to another where the temperature and/or the humidity is very different, before the using, you must allow it to stand for hours, until the condensation has completely evaporated.

• The unit is sensitive to electromagnetic signals, and so please don’t use the unit close to the devices have high electromagnetic interference such
  as TV, radio, remote controlled toys, etc.

• Please don’t wash mesh head with any corrosive or detergent. In case of smudge, you can take off the mesh head from the pad and flush with clear water and then use when it is absolutely dry.

• Please use the specified power adapter. The using of wrong adapter may cause damage of the kit.

• Please must make sure well-grounded connection.

• Do not open the unit and analyze the parts.Do not make any changes for any internal parts.The unit has not parts repairable for users.Any functional wrong or damage, please deliver to the qualified repairing persons.

• The parts such as pads and mesh head are specified for avatar edrum, please do not privately take replacement with others.Please only consult to dealers or distributors when needing.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Installing tools

1. A Knife（Provided by user）, to gash the box tapes.
2. Drum Key (Please find it in the bag of drumstick ), to install racks and djust pads.

STEPS:

1. Open box with knife and take out of all the parts as below picture . Count them with below List.
   
   
   
   

2. Assemble the racks as below pictures，fastening screw after the assembling.
   Note: Please make sure the rack reaches the position as ① shown.

3. Fix the Hi-Hat.
   
   
   Pay attention to the direction of the cymbal and controller to avoial interference.

4. Fix the Kick.
   

5. Fix the drums.
   

6. Fix the cymbals.
   
   Note: Please put the groove of cymbal against the embossment of the stand.

7. In the end, connect module and pads and cymbals with signal lines, and adjust the parameters of module to suitable. (Please refer User Guide for adjusting module)
   Notice: Please install the kit and connect lines under power blackout!
