ATTENTION :
For your child’s safety, get rid of all packaging materials such as tape,
plastic sheets, ties, labels, packaging cords and screws. They are not part of
the toy. It is advisable to save this user manual as it contains important
information.
WARNING :
All packing materials such as tape, plastic sheets, packaging locks, removable
tags, cable ties, cords and packaging screws are not part of this toy and
should be discarded for your child’s safety.

To remove the clip from the box
- Turn the clip that secures the toy to its box counterclockwise.
- Remove and discard the plastic clip.
FOOD
ATTENTION
Batteries or accumulators must be installed by an adult. Keep batteries or
accumulators out of the reach of children.
WARNING
Adult assembly is required for battery installation. Keep batteries out of
reach of children.
Installation
- Before inserting the batteries, make sure that the toy is turned off.
- Open the battery compartment located on the back of the game book using a screwdriver.
- If used batteries are present in the toy, remove these batteries by pulling one of the ends.
- Insert 3 AA batteries (AM-3/LR6) according to the diagram in the battery compartment. For best performance, it is recommended to use fully charged alkaline or Ni-MH rechargeable batteries.
- Close the compartment cover carefully and make sure the screw is tight.
IMPORTANT: BATTERY INFORMATION
The batteries supplied with the product allow the toy to be tested in-store
but are not long-lasting batteries.
- Insert the batteries or accumulators, respecting the + and – polarities.
- Do not mix new batteries or accumulators with used ones.
- Do not mix different types of batteries: alkaline, zinc-carbon and rechargeable.
- Only batteries of the recommended type should be used.
- Do not short-circuit the terminals of a battery or accumulator (by directly connecting the + and -).
- Remove batteries or accumulators in case of prolonged non-use.
- Remove used batteries or accumulators from the toy.
- Do not throw them into fire or nature.
RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES
- Remove, when possible, the batteries from the toy to recharge them.
- Accumulators should only be charged under adult supervision.
- Do not attempt to recharge non-rechargeable batteries.
FEATURES
On/Off button
Press the On/Off button to turn on the toy. To turn it off, press the
On/Off button again.
Sound volume button
Press the Sound Volume button to choose one of three volume levels.
Letters mode button
In Letters mode, turn the pages and press the illuminated buttons to discover
the letters, their sounds and vocabulary words.
Reading mode button
In Reading mode, turn the pages and press the illuminated buttons to
discover the activities of the PAW Patrol characters.
Music button
In Music mode, turn pages and press the light-up buttons to listen to melodies
and add fun sounds.
Seek and Find Button
In Seek and Find mode, press the lighted buttons to answer questions about
letters, phonics and different situations.
Character Buttons
Press the Marcus, Stella and Ruben buttons to hear Chase talk about his
friends.
Chase button
Press the Chase button to hear him tell you about himself and his missions.
Light-up buttons
Press the light-up buttons to answer questions, trigger sounds and hear PAW
Patrol activities. The lights flash in rhythm with the sounds and melodies.

Turn the pages of the book to discover the letters, their sounds, and
sentences and listen to melodies.
Automatic shutdown
To preserve battery life, the game book will automatically go to sleep after
several minutes of inactivity. To turn it back on, press the On/Off button.
Note: if the toy turns off or the lights dim during play, we advise you to change the batteries.
INTERVIEW
- To clean the toy, use a slightly damp cloth. Do not use solvents or corrosive products.
- Avoid prolonged exposure of the toy to the sun or any other heat source.
- Remove batteries when the toy is not used for a long time.
- This toy is made with durable materials. However, avoid impacts against hard surfaces and do not expose them to mould and water.
PROBLEMS SOLVING
If the toy no longer works or appears to be malfunctioning, follow these steps:
- Turn off the toy.
- Remove the batteries.
- Wait a few minutes before replacing the batteries.
- Turn on the toy. It will be ready to restart.
- If the toy still does not work, replace the batteries with new batteries.
