4G180 cannot recognize SIM card
- Reset the device and try to unplug it multiple times.
- Provide APN information, we will launch a new version based on APN information to solve this problem.
Keep disconnecting, need to restart
- When there is no signal, it will automatically search for the network and go to sleep (saving power) after about half an hour. At this time, it needs to be restarted manually.
- When there is a signal, because the network is unstable, you can contact technical support to grab the log and judge the problem.
Internet speed is not as fast as mobile hotspot
The 4G180 wireless bandwidth is 150Mbps, and the mobile phone hotspot is about 300Mbps. Make sure that the same SIM card and the same frequency band are compared.
short battery life
The battery is 2100 mAh, and the usage time is about 3-4 hours in the case of
poor signal, and the usage time is about 7 hours when a single device has a
normal signal. The connection of multiple devices will further reduce the
battery life.

- The card has no signal: change the card and make sure the SIM card itself is available
