MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY

With the purchase of your Eros Pro Massage Gun, you get a 5-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty. INEVIFIT LLC warrants your massager against defects in material and workmanship for five (5) years, for the original  purchaser, from the date of purchase. Proof of  purchase is required. The warranty is void if the product has been subjected to mechanical damages or mistreatments, such as immersion or negligence. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties and limits the liability of the manufacturer. Issues arising from improper maintenance, accidents, or misuse are not covered under the Manufacturer’s Warranty.

LED DISPLAY & CONTROL

1. SPEED INDICATOR

The Eros Pro Massage Gun includes five massage heads which can be used for asuperior massaging experience depending on the particular muscle group being targeted. Please refer to the section below for a better understanding of the intended purpose of each  massage head.

INSTRUCTIONS

QUICK START

1. Install the desired massage head in the massage gun by aligning the base with the socket and firmly pressing it all the way in. Only install or remove the massage head when the device is OFF to prevent injury.

2. Power ON the massage gun by holding the Power Button for 2 seconds, and select speed by tapping on the Power Button.
   

3. Power OFF the massage gun by holding the Power Button for 2 seconds

AUTOMATIC FEATURES

| AUTO STANDBY
The massage gun will go into standby mode if it is ON for 15  minutes with no Ioad. Simply touch the power button to  continue the massage.

| AUTO OFF
‘The massage gun will automatically power OFF if it has been idle  for 3 minutes on standby. If this occurs, simply hold the power  button for 2 seconds to continue the massage.
| AUTO STOP
‘The massage gun motor will stop if it is overloaded with too much  pressure, and display error code “E” If this oceurs, simply touch the  power button to continue the massage.

CHARGING

1. Connect the supplied massage gun charger toawalloutlet.

2. Connect the charging cable to the charging  port of the massage gun. located at thebottom of the handle.

3. Continue charging untilthe battery indicatoris ina fully charged state.

CHARGING NOTES

• Only use the supplied charger when charging your massage gun to prevent the risk of fire or damage.
• Itis best to recharge once the battery indicator reaches a single bar.
• The device can provide up to 3 hours of use on a full charge, depending on massage speed and intensity.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

1. Always disconnect and power OFF the massage gun for cleaning

2. Wipe the massage gun using a damp cloth to remove any dirt or sweat residue.

• The massage gun should be cleaned as needed after and in between uses.
• Donot use chemicals or abrasive materials that may damage the device.

STORAGE
For storage and transport, properly place the massage gun in the storage case.
Avoid storing the device in areas exposed to direct sunlight or extreme temperatures, as it may damage the battery or other components,

ERROR CODES
Common Error codes that may be experienced with normal use are as follows:

Ifthe battery is below the required charge for operation,  the *L” error code will display on the screen. Please charge the massage gun with the supplied charger.

If the massage motor is overloaded during operation, the ‘E”  error code will display on the screen. Please tap onthe power  button to continue the massage, but use less pressure to prevent the motor from stalling

RESOLUTION GUIDE

charger is properly connected to the electrical outlet and that the electrical outlet being used has power.
Incorrect charger| Ensure that you are using the original supplied charger.
Automatically Changes Speed| Power button may have been touched| Be sure to not make contact with the power button during a  massage as this may result in changing speeds.
Doesn’t Switch Speed| Improper pressing of power button| Ensure that power is ON, and tap on the power button to switch speeds. Be sure to remove any gloves as they can sometimes make the touch sensor not detect the press.
Massage Head Falls from Massage  Gun| Massage Head is not properly  installed| Re-install the massage head by aligning the hexagon base into the  socket. Place at least 20 pounds of pressure on the massage head  into the massage gun to ensure proper installation.
Worn rubber sleeve on massage  head| Remove the massage head rubber sleeve from the massage head  and install the replacement sleeve included with massage gun.
Unable to remove massage head| Massage head is stuck in the socket| Apply a back and forth twisting motion as you pull the massage  head away from the massage gun.
No Power/Not Turning ON| Improper pressing of power button| Hold the power button for 2 seconds with your finger. Be sure to remove any gloves. as they can sometimes make the touch sensor not detect the press.
Battery is too low.| Charge your massage gun and try again.
Massage Gun Automatically Shuts down| Battery is too low.| Charge your massage gun and try again.
Oveheating| Wait for 30 minutes for the massage gun to cool down, and try again.
Massage Gun stops running after 15 mins| Tap on the Power Button to select a speed.
Too much pressure is being applied| Avoid massaging with excessive pressure.
Massage Gun is getting too hot| Too much pressure is being applied  to the massage gun or it is being used for too long of a massage  without time to cool down| Wait for 30 minutes for the massage gun to cool down, and try again.
