Product Usage Instructions
- Before installing the receptacle, turn off the power at the circuit breaker.
- Read and understand the instructions provided before installing the device.
- This device is intended for installation in accordance with the National Electric Code and local regulations. It is recommended that a qualified electrician performs the installation.
- Make sure to turn off the circuit breaker or fuse(s) and ensure that the power is off before wiring the device.
- Use copper wire only for wiring.
- Note that this USB receptacle cannot be used if the outlet you are replacing has the top and bottom outlets controlled by separate circuit breakers.
- Follow the wiring directions below:
- Insert the HOT wire to the HOT terminal (brass screw).
- Insert the NEUTRAL wire to the NEUTRAL terminal (silver screw).
- Insert the bare copper wire to the GROUND terminal (green screw).
- To replace the USB face cover, use a flat screwdriver to pry-off the cover.

DESCRIPTION
The 61501-2C5 USB Charger/Tamper-Resistant Receptacle offers two type C charging port and duplex Tamper-Resistant Receptacles. This device is able to deliver the optimum current accordingly to the device types and models attached, and charge any two devices up to 5 amp charging capacity simultaneously, including smart phones, tablets. The USB Type C port are reversible and no up or down orientation. The receptacle is back and side wired for broad compatibility with diverse wiring needs. The product can fit in any standard in-wall outlet box

WIRING DIRECTIONS
- Insert wire(s)through terminal holes in the back, then tighten terminal screws.
- Insert HOT wire to the HOT terminal (brass screw)
- Insert NEUTRAL wire to the NEUTRAL terminal (silver screw)
- Insert bare cooper wire to the GROUND terminal (green screw)
