Roasted Lamb Chops with Rosemary and Garlic

Ingredients Main Ingredient

Garlic Clove, crushed 4 / 24g
Fresh Rosemary, chopped 1 tbsp / 3.4g
Ground Black Pepper ¹⁄4 tsp / 0.5g
Olive Oil 2 tbsp / 24g
Loin Lamb Chops 2 lb / 908g
Kosher Salt 1⁄2 tsp / 3g

Preparation

  1. Prepare all your ingredients.
  2. Add all ingredients except salt in a mixing bowl and let marinate for about 30 minutes.
  3. Arrange the lamb chops on the tray lined-with aluminum foil and sprinkle evenly with salt .
  4. Place the tray into the oven on layer 2. Cook on Air Fry setting with fan on at 425°F for 17 minutes and start cooking until the internal temperature reaches 130°F.
  5. When cooking is completed, cool down for about 5 minutes before serving.

Tips

You can marinate the meat for longer period for better taste but no more than 24 hours.

Chicken Wings

You can never go wrong with chicken wings, especially with salt & pepper flavor as a classic. However, this recipe we would advance the flavor on salt and pepper to create a finer taste.

Chicken Wings 1 lb /454g
Olive Oil 1 tbsp / 10g
Garlic Salt 2 tsp / 10g
Lemon Pepper 1 tsp / 3g

Preparation

  1. Thoroughly pat dry chicken wings with paper towels.
  2. Coat the chicken wings with olive oil, garlic salt and lemon pepper in a mixing bowl until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange evenly on the basket.
  4. Place the basket on layer 2 with a tray underneath. Cook on Air Fry setting at 400˚F and cook for 16 minutes, until wings are golden-brown.
  5. When cooking is completed, serve immediately.

Tips

You can marinate chicken wings for longer period to get better taste.

Chicken Cutlets are a delicious way to enjoy chicken breasts. Serve this tender and juicy cutlets on their own, with sauce, or in hamburger for perfect homemade chicken sandwich.

Chicken Breast Cutlets 14 oz /400g
Crust
All-purpose Flour ²⁄3 cup / 80g
Large Eggs, beaten 2 / 112g
Panko Breadcrumbs 1 cup / 80g
Seasoning
Kosher Salt ³⁄4 tsp / 4g
Freshly Ground Black
Pepper ³⁄4 tsp / 1.5g

Preparation

  1. Cut the chicken breast into 1cm thick pieces, and use a pine meat hammer to gently hammer the extra thick parts for standby.
  2. Sprinkle the cutlets with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. Put the flour, eggs and panko breadcrumbs into different individual container which are large enough for the cutlets dipping. Dredge each cutlet in flour following by eggs and panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Coat the basket lightly with oil and arrange each cutlet evenly.
  5. Place the basket on layer 2 . Cook on Air Fry setting at 400˚F and cook for 10 minutes, until golden-brown.
  6. When cooking is completed, serve immediately

Granulated Sugar ¹⁄3 cup / 82g

Preparation

  1. Prepare all your ingredients.
  2. Whisk together the eggs, milk, vanill extract, cinnamon and sugar together in a shallow bowl for later dipping.
  3. Trim the edges(on your preference), and cut each bread slice into 4 equal rectangle sticks, and dip each piece into the egg mixture.
  4. Arrange evenly on a tray lined-with baking paper.
  5. Place the tray on layer 3. Cook on Air Fry setting at 360˚F and bake for 11 minutes ,Turn the baking tray for the remaining 3 minutes.Until the brea sticks starts to get golden color on the edges.
  6. When cooking is completed, serve immediately with preferred sauce or syrup.

Tips

If you want to make these ahead, you can freeze them in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking tray after baking, then transfer to a container or a zip-top bag, and put into the microwave or oven to reheat, before serving.

Crushed Red Pepper 2 tsp / 6g
Whole Plum Tomatoes,  chopped 28 oz / 793.8g
Kosher Salt, divided 1 tsp / 6g

Preparation

  1. Prepare all your ingredients.
  2. Heat the olive oil, garlic and red pepper on a saucepan over medium-low heat. Gently simmer until fragrant, about 5 minutes. Make sure not to burn.
  3. Add the tomatoes and increase the heat until rolling simmer. Reduce the heat and simmer until sauce is reduced by half, about 30 minutes.
  4. Once reduced, stir in ¾ teaspoon of the salt. There should be about 2&1/2 cups of sauce.
  5. Dry the shrimps really well and sprinkle evenly with the remaining salt. Lightly coat the shrimp with rice flour.
  6. Arrange on the basket sprayed with oil with a tray underneath.
  7. Place the tray on layer 2. Cook on Air Fry setting at 360°F and cook for 12 minutes, until shrimps are cooked and crispy golden.
  8. When cooking is completed, top the sauce onto the shrimp and serve immediately.

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven on Roast setting at 350° and set time to 25 minutes. Lightly coat a 9″ square baking pan with cooking spray and line with parchment paper.

  2. Put butter and both chocolates into a bowl and place over a pot of simmering water. Once it is completely melted, stir in cocoa powder and espresso powder. Set aside to cool down.

  3. Use a hand mixer, beat the eggs and vanilla extract to break them up, then gradually add the sugar. Mix until light and thickened.

  4. Sift flour and salt into the chocolate mixture and fold gently.

  5. Fold the chocolate mixture into the egg mixture until the batter is no longer streaky.

  6. Prepare another mixing bowl.
    Combine peanut butter, icing sugar and melted butter together.

  7. Pour chocolate brownie batter into the prepared pan. Dollop the peanut butter mixture on top and, using a stick or a knife, decoratively swirl into the brownie batter. Be careful not to over-mix the peanut butter into the brownie batter.

  8. Once the oven is preheated for 7 minutes, place the pan into the oven on layer 2 . Press OK/START button and cook for 22 minutes until edges are just dried.

  9. When cooking is completed, cool down the brownie and chill in the refrigerator overnight before cutting and serving.

Tips

You can create your own pattern while mixing peanut butter and brownie batter, but try not to over-mix because they can get combined together very easily.

Preparation

  1. Prepare all your ingredients.

  2. In a medium bowl, stir together yeast and warm water until dissolved.

  3. Add remaining dough ingredients and stir vigorously to combine into a dough, then allow to rest for 10 minutes.

  4. Preheat the oven on Sear Crisp setting at 400°F and set the time to 11 minutes. Roll out the dough into a 10×10″ square and place it on the tray sprayed with oil. Prick the dough with a fork all over.

  5. Top with pizza sauce, cheese, and pepperoni. Using a brush, gently brush olive oil onto outer edge of crust.

  6. Once the oven is preheated for 8 minutes, place the tray on layer 2.
    Press OK/START button and cook for 11 minutes until cheese is melted.

  7. When cooking is complete, remove pan from oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh basil before serving

Tips

Make sure the oven is really hot for the pizzas, to create a crusty and crunchy pizza.

Preparation

  1. Prepare all your ingredients.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the softened butter, granulated sugar and dark brown sugar until combined and fluffy.

  3. Whisk in the vanilla extract, eggs, and salt.

  4. Sift in flours and baking soda and fold with a spatula.

  5. Preheat the oven on BAKE setting at 350˚F and set the time to 14 minutes.
    Fold in the chocolate chunk or chocolate chips and chopped walnuts.

  6. Scoop the dough with an ice-cream scoop(30g/each) onto a tray lined-with baking paper. Spacing them at least 1″ apart.

  4. Once the oven is preheated for 9 minutes, place the tray on layer 2. Press OK/START button to resume cooking for 14 minutes and cook until the vegetables are soft and chickens are opaque.

Tips

  1. You can toss all ingredients together before cooking, or, line them separately for individual instinct flavors.
