Product Usage Instructions
- Before installing the receptacle, make sure to turn the POWER OFF at the circuit breaker.
- Read and understand the installation instructions provided in the user manual.
- This device is intended for installation in accordance with the National Electric Code and local regulations. It is recommended that a qualified electrician perform the installation.
- Ensure that the circuit breaker or fuse(s) are turned off and the power is off before wiring the device.
- Use copper wire only for wiring.
- Do not use this USB receptacle if the outlet you are replacing has the top and bottom outlets controlled by separate circuit breakers.
- To charge electronic devices, plug them into the USB ports provided on the receptacle.
- The USB receptacle can charge multiple devices simultaneously, including smartphones, tablets, e-readers, cameras, and MP3 players.
- The USB ports provide different charging speeds: Type A USB Port delivers 2.4A and Type C USB Port delivers 3.0A.
- The USB receptacle is also capable of charging new devices that require higher current ratings.

DESCRIPTION
- The 61501/62001-1A1C5 is a duplex Tamper-Resistant Receptacle with two USB charging ports. Two individual high-powered vertical USB Ports, one Type A delivers 2.4A and one Type-C delivers 3.0A. A combined total of 5A can charge any current USB-compatible device simultaneously including smartphones, tablets, e-readers, cameras, and MP3 players. It is also capable of charging new devices that require higher current ratings.

WIRING DIRECTIONS
- Insert wire(s) through terminal holes in the back, then tighten terminal screws.
- Insert HOT wire into the HOT terminal
- Insert NEUTRAL wire to the NEUTRAL terminal
- Insert Ground wire into the GREEN screw
