Safety & Warnings

Warm prompt

Make sure no obstacles are in the desk’s path.
Make sure the desktop is not touching any walls. Make sure all cords are appropriate length to accommodate the change in height.

Keep children away from electric height-adjustable desks, control units and handsets. There is a risk of injury and electric shock.

Keep all electrical components away from liquids.

Do not sit or stand on the desk frame. Do not crawl or lie under the desk frame.

Do not place any objects taller than 20″ underneath the desk.

Do not open any of the components – the Legs, Control Box, or Switch.
There is a danger of electric shock.

This product is designed with a duty cycle of 10% (2 min. on, 18 min. off).

In the event of a power outage or if the power cord is unplugged, a manual reset may be necessary – see USE section.

USE/ LIABILITY

  • This height adjustable desk has electric motors and is designed for use in dry work areas only.
  • The desk height is adjustable so that it can be positioned at the most ergonomically suitable height.
  • Any other use is at user’s risk.
  • Under no circumstances does the manufacturer accept warranty claims or liability claims for damages caused from improper use or handling of the desk frame.

Note: Two persons are needed at this step to avoid lifting columns falling and damaged.

Connect the power cable, wires on the handset and the motor to corresponding ports, which can be fixed under the desktop with cable clips.

You can choose whether to install casters according to your personal preference.

Install the Drawer

STEP 1: Install the ABS round spacers, as the limit, with 2 ST4*30 tapping screws.

STEP 2: Unfold the fabric drawer and put it over the limit upside down.
Install the Drawer

STEP 3: Bend the fabric drawer bracket along the bend line and place it on the top of the drawer. Secure it on the desktop with 6 ST4.8*15 tapping screws.

Congratulations! The installation is completed. The following step is to debug the hand controller.

CAUTION

Please RESET the desk at first time.
Please ensure that no objects (walls) will interrupt the movement of the desk, and all cables of relevant devices are sufficiently long

RESET: Long press the down key until the desktop reaches the lowest position; long press the down key again, when it shows”RST ”on the digital display, the desk is in initialization mode. Release the down key when the buzzer rings, the initialization succeeds.

PS. If the system is abnormal or the digital display shows”RST ”, the desk needs to be initialized as written above.
Hand Controller Instruction

The following steps can be set according to personal preference.

Memory Height
Press the“m” key until it displays “ S – ”; press one of the memory keys(number keys) and the current height will be recorded.

Switch between Centimeter and Inch
Long press the“m” key for 5 seconds until it displays “S-1”and “1”flashes.
Press the“m”key again to set:
0 = cm
1 = inches

Exit to operation interface by pressing the“m”key after setting.

Anti-collision Sensitivity
(1)“S-3”anti-collision sensitivity while going up Long press the“m”key for 5 seconds until it displays “S-1”and “1”flashes. Press the“up”key to switch to“S-3”; press the“m”key to set up sensitivity :
0= Closed 1=Minimum Sensitivity …… 8=Maximum Sensitivity
Exit to operation interface by pressing the“m”key after setting.
Anti-collision Sensitivity

(2)“S-4”anti-collision sensitivity while going down Long press the“m”key for 5 seconds until it displays “S-1”. Press the“up”key to switch to“S-4”; press the“m”key to set up sensitivity : 0= Closed 1=Minimum Sensitivity …… 8= Maximum Sensitivity Exit to operation interface by pressing the“m”key after setting.

Switch between Jog and Continuation at Memory Height
Long press the“m”key for 5 seconds until it displays “S-1”and “1”flashes.
Press the“up”key to switch to“S-6”; press the“m”key to set: 0=Jog (Long press a memory key 1/2/3/4, and it will stop after release) 1=Continuation (Press a memory key 1/2/3/4, and it will goes to default height automatically)
Exit to operation interface by pressing the“m”key after setting.

Lock & Unlock
Lock: Press both the “m” and “up” keys for 5 seconds, when it displays”LOC”, the system is locked and the desk can’t go up or down.
Unlock: Press both the“m” and “down” keys for 5 seconds, when it displays a number, the system is unlocked.

Factory Initialization
If a new desk frame is replaced or to initialization default data; press both the“up” and “down” keys for 10 seconds, the system is initialization to default data after the buzzer rings once again, and it will display“RST”; the system is restored to its original settings.

RESET: the desk and the height limits will be auto-canceled.

Error Codes & Solution

Error Code Description Solution
E01 The voltage of the main power supply is over 45V. Check the main power

supply.
E02| The height difference is over 1 cm between lead screws.| Initialization.
E04| Something is wrong with the controller in connecting or working.| Check the wire of the controller.
E05| The desk is blocked and stopped.| Release the key and run it again.
E06| Failed in powering up and the voltage is under 20V.| Replace the main power supply or check the wire of it.
E07| It is protected while the main power supply is working, the voltage is under 20V.| Power on again.
E08| The desktop is tilting.| Initialization.
HOT| The temperature of the power supply is too high,or it continues working for over 2 minutes in 18 minutes.| Wait for the power supply to cold down or wait for over 18 minutes before working again.
E11| The motor is not connected.| Check the connecting wire.
E12| Something is wrong withthe sample channel of the motor.| Replace the control board.
E13| The wire inside the motor fails in connecting.| Check the connection of the motor Line.
E14| Something is wrong with the motor Hall, or it is disconnected.| Check the Hall signal or replace the connecting wire.
E15| Short circuit inside the motor.| Replace the motor.
E16| Locked-rotor motor.| Initialization.
E17| The motor is rotating in the wrong direction.| Replace the motor wire or Hall wire.
E18| The motor overloads.| Reduce the load.
E40| Control box is offline in series connection.| Check the connecting wire.
E41| Wrong signal in series connection.| Check the connecting wire or replace the control box.
E42| Something is wrong with the memory unit.| Replace the control box.
E43| Something is wrong with the anti-collision sensor.| Replace the control box.
