Settings

In addition to the preset function, you can cook food by adjusting the cooking temperature and time duration by yourself. The table below might help you with the basic settings for the ingredients you are going to cook.
Note: All settings are for reference only. We can not assure you those certainly are the best settings for your ingredients as it may vary if the origin, size, shape or brand of food changes.
Thanks to its rapid-heating air circulation technology, it is allowed to take out the frying basket shortly from the appliance during cooking and the cooking result will hardly be affected.
Techniques:

  • Ingredients in smaller sizes usually require a slightly shorter cooking time duration than large ones.
  • Large quantities of ingredients usually require a slightly longer cooking time duration than that in smaller quantities and vice versa. Flipping or shaking smaller sized ingredients during cooking makes a better cooking result and helps avoid an uneven cooking result.
  • Applying some oil on fresh potatoes is recommended for a crispier result.
  • Snacks normally cooked in an oven can also be cooked in this appliance.
  • The best quantity of crispy French fries at one time is 500g.
  • Use proofed dough to prepare stuffed snacks quickly and easily. A proofed dough also requires a shorter time than a homemade dough.
  • Reheat food at 150°C for about 10 minutes.
