How to Fit

Note:

  1. Please choose the suitable eartip and earhook for the best sound and secure fit.
  2. Select the left or right earbud and insert to the corresponding ear.
  3. Rotate the earbud back and forth for the eartip to create a comfortable seal.

Pairing Your Earbuds

1.First-time Pairing with Device
Step 1. Remove the insulating film in the charging case.
Step 2. Put both earbuds back into the charging case and close the charging case.

power on and go into pairing mode.
Step 4 , Activate Bluetooth on your Bluetooth-enabled device and search for other Bluetooth devices.
Step 5. Select “EarFun Free Pro 3″ from the list of Bluetooth devices shown. (if a password is requested, type ‘0000′.)

  • The earbuds will automatically connect with the previously paired device when the case is open.
  • Each earbud can be used independently.

2. Connect to a New Device
Option A
Step 1. Unpair the earbuds from the Bluetooth- enabled device that’s connected. The earbuds will disconnect from the current device and go into pairing mode to be paired again.
Step 2. Search on the new device and connect.

Option 8
Step 1. Put both earbuds back into the charging case and make sure they are being charged. Keep the lid open – then press and hold the button on the case for 3 seconds until the LED indicators on earbuds start flashing blue rapidly.
Step 2. Search on the new device and connect.

Step 1: Pair with the first device and stay connected.
Step 2. Keep the earbuds in the charging case, then press and hold the button on the case for 3 seconds until the LED indicator on earbuds starts flashing blue rapidly, The earbuds will enter pairing mode and disconnected from the first device.
Step3. Search on the second device to connect the earbuds.
Step4. Manually reconnect the earbuds on the first device.

The earbuds will automatically connect to both devices after finishing setting up the multipoint connection.

Functions

If the earbuds are not connected to any device, they will automatically power off after 10 minutes for saving the battery life. To reactivate, please press and hold the touch control zones of both earbuds for 3s until the LED indicators flash.EarFun Free Pro3 Noise Cancelling Earbuds - fig

Reset and Reconnecting

If you fail to establish a connection between two earbuds or between the earbuds and Bluetooth devices, please try the following steps:

  1. Put both earbuds into the charging case.
  2. Keep the charging case open, then press and hold the button on the case for at least 8s until the LED indicators on earbuds flash purple. The earbuds have been successfully reset.

Charging

  1. Dry the earbuds, charging contactors and USB port completely before charging.
  2. Open or close the charging case to activate the case battery level LED indicator.
  3. Put earbuds back into the charging case and the earbuds will start charging.
  4. Fully charge both the earbuds and the charging case before first use.

Troubleshooting

Q: The earbuds are turning on, but fail to connect to my device?

A: To connect your earbuds to your device, please remove the insulating films from both earbuds and check that Bluetooth is enabled. If the earbuds still don’t connect, try resetting them or contact us for assistance.

Q: What to do if one earbud is silent or has low volume?

A: If the earbud's LED is lit, carefully clean the dirt from the speak mesh using a toothpick or cotton swab dipped in alcohol. Try to reset the two earbuds and reconnect. If the issue persists, please contact us for assistance.

Q: What to do if the earbuds are uncomfortable to wear?

A: Select the appropriate size of eartips and earhooks, then correctly wear the earbuds.

Q: How to resolve noise issues?

A: Please choose suitable eartips and earhooks, rotate earbuds for a snug fit. Note that slight background noise in quiet environments in ANC mode is normal for all kinds of ANC earbuds.

Q: What to do if the other person cannot hear clearly during a call?

A: Please adjust the position of the earbuds to ensure that the voice microphone is pointing towards the direction of the speaker's voice. Ensure the Bluetooth device uses the earbud's microphone for calls.

Q: What to do if the earbuds fail to connect to the app?

A: Ensure Bluetooth connection and Location permissions are enabled for the app. These permissions do not involve any privacy information. You can also download the latest version of the app or uninstall and reinstall it if needed.

Q: What to do if the audio quality does not meet your expectations?

A: We suggest personalizing your audio settings according to your preferences in the EarFun Audio app's EQ settings.

Q: Why is the connection not stable and cuts out intermittently?

A: Please check for any objects obstructing the earbuds and the Bluetooth device, and avoid any potential radio or WiFi interference. While the earbuds have a maximum range of 49 feet (15m) without obstacles, the actual range may vary depending on usage and the environment.

Q: Is the charging case waterproof?

A: No, the earbuds are sweat and waterproof, but the charging case is not.
