VEVOR ST65 Demolition Jack Hammer Instruction Manual

Read through carefully and understand these instructions before use.

SAFTY

Warning Read and understand all instructions. Failure to follow all instructions list below, may result in electric shack, tire and for ser’ous personal injury. In 2l the following listed warning, the ward “POWER TOOLS” means the electric drive electric power tools or the battery powered cordless power tools.

a) Save these instructions

Keep your work area clean and well lit. Cluttered benches and dark areas invite accidents.
Do not operate power tools in explosive atmospheres. such as in the presence of flammable liquids gases, or dust. Power tools create sparks which may ignite the dust or fumes.
Keep bystanders, children, and visitors away while operating a power tool. Distractions can cause you to lose control.

b) Electrical Safety

Double insulated tools are equipped with a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other. ) This plug will fit in 2 polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug if it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician to install a polarized outlet. Do na change the plug in any way. Double insulation eliminates the need for the three wire grounded power cord and grounded power supply system.
void body contact with grounded surface such: as pipes, radiators, ranges and refrigerators. There is an increased risk of electric shock if your body is grounded.
Do not expose power tools to rain or wet conditions. Water entering a power tool will increase the risk of electric shock.
Do not abuse the cord. Never use the cord to carry the tools or pull the plug them an outlet. Keep cord sway from heal, oil, sharp edges or moving parts. Replace damaged cords immediately. Damaged cords increase the risk of electric shock.
When operating a power tool outside, use an outdoor extension cord marked ” W-A” or “W”. These cords are rated for outdoor use and reduce the risk or electric shock.

Possible breakdown and troubleshooting methods

The motor works but the impact force of the drill bit is very weak|

There is oust or debris in the piston, causing the air hole to be blocked.
The sealing ring on the piston is worn.

Replace the piston, remove dust and debris.
Use No. 46 hydraulic oil

Gearbox overheated|

Lack of lubricant or lubricant has been used for too ong
Sundries enter the gear box, or the gear transmission effect in the gear box is not good

Change lubricant.
Check the transmission part, or remove debris.

Excessive heal on the surface of the case|

Overloaded.
The drill bit is worn.
Power supply voltage is too low.

Commutator produces large sparks|

Bad contact between brush and switch

Leaking oil|

The hydraulic oil penetrates into the chassis through the cotton thread. The loose cotton thread causes the penetration to be too fast and cil leakage occurs

Replace cotton thread Adjust the cotton thread as shown in the figure Please turn the machine upside down after use

NOTE:
THE VOLTAGE WILL BE CHANGED ACCORDING TO THE DESTINATION COUNTRIES’S VOLTAGE.

How to install and remove the Ph65 flat/point chisel

First Step:
Correctly adjust the position of the roadblocking so that it’s position is level with the base.
| Second Step:
Insert the PH65 flat/point chisel into the base, then pull and rotate the rodblocking 180 degrees, which fixes the pickaxe.

Third step:
Pull the rodblocking, then rotate 180 degrees clockwise, then you can take the PH65 flat/point chisel out of the base.

What to do if you find and oil leak.

First step:
Remove the screws of the fuel tank cover plate.
| Second step:
Remove the four screws at the bottom.Take out the oil bowl.
| Third step:
Pull out the appropriate amount of cotton thread In the middie of the oil bowl, 30 that the ol can penetrate smoothly through the cotton thread to the inside of the machine.

Forth step:
When an oil leak is detected, pull the cotton thread tighter to slow down the oil entering the machine
| Fifth Step:
Put the oil bowl and other parts back together as they were and add hydraulic oil #46 (L-HM46).
| Sixth step:
Put the top cover parts back on as they were and tighten the screws.

c) Personal Safety

Stay alert, watch what you are doing and use common sense when operating a power teol. Do not use tool while tired or under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or medication. A moment of inattention while operating power tools may result in serious personal injury.
Use safety equipment. Always wear eye protection. Dust mask, non-skid safety shoes, hard hat, or hearing protection must be used for appropriate conditions. Ordinary eye or sunglasses are NOT eye protection.
Avoid accidental starting Be sure switch is off before plugging in. Carrying tools with your finger on the switch or plugging in tools that have the switch on invites accidents.
Remove adjusting keys or wrenches before turning the tool on. A wrench or a key that is left attached to a rotating part of the tool may result in personal injury
Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at all times. Proper footing and balance enable better control of the tool in unexpected situations.
Dress properly. Do not Weir loose clothing or jewelry, contain long hair, Keep your hair, clothing, and gloves away from moving parts, Loose clothes, jewelry, or long hair can be caught in moving parts
If devices connected with the chip removal device or dust-casting device are provided, make sure the devices are connected well. Use these devices can reduce the risks caused by the chips.

d) Tool Use and Care

Do not force tool. Use the correct tool for your application. The correct tool will do the job better and safer at the rate for which it is designed,
Do not use tool if switch does not turn it on or off. Any tool that cannot be controlled with the switch is dangerous and must be repaired.
Disconnect the plug from the power source before taking any adjustments, changing accessories, or storing the tool. Such preventive safety measures reduce the risk of starting the tool accidentally.
Store idle tools out of reach of children and other untrained persons. Tools are dangerous in the hands of untrained users.
Check for misalignment or binding of moving parts, breakage of parts, and any other condition that may affect the tools operation. If damaged, have the tool serviced before using Many accidents are caused by poorly maintained tools.
Maintain tools with care, Keep cutting toals sharp and clean. Properly maintained tools with snarp cutting ecges are less likely to nind and art easier to control.
Use only accessories that are recommended by the manufacturer for your model. Accessories that may be suitable for one tool. may become hazardous when used on anther tool.

e) Maintenance and Service

Before any work on the machine itself, pull the power plug For safe and efficient working, always keep the machine and the ventilation slots clean.
Tool service must be performed only by qualitied repair person Service or maintenance performed by ungualfied personnel could result in a risk of injury.
When servicing a tool use cnly identical replacement parts. Follow instructions in the Maintenance sections of this manual. Use of unauthorized parts or failure to follow Maintenance instructions may create a risk electric shock or injury.
Inspecting the mounting screws: Regularly inspect all mounting screws and ensure that theyere properly tightened. Should 2ny of the screws be loose retighten them immediately. Failure to ¢o so could result in serious hazard.
Inspecting the carbon brushes. The motor employs carbon brushes which are consumable parts. Since excessively worm carbon brushes can result in motor trouble, replace the carbon brushes with new ones having the same carbon brush No. shown in the figure when they become. worn to or near the “wear limit*, In addition, always keep carbon brushes clean and ensure that they slide freely within the brush holders.
Maintenance of the motor. The motor unit winding is the very “heart” of the power tool. Exercise dus care to ensure the winding does not become damaged and/or wet with oil or water.
