- Thank you very much for your purchase of our SHARP Electric Oven. For proper and effective use of the Electric Oven, please read this manual carefully before use. Be sure to keep this manual for reference.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Please read the warning and instruction for use carefully before using this
appliance and

WARNING
- The appliance is for household use only. Do not use outdoors.
- Before connecting, check that the voltage power corresponds to the one shown on the appliance nameplate.
- Do not touch the hot surfaces. The temperature of the door or the outer surfaces may be high when the appliance is operating. Always use thick oven gloves when handing hot materials, and allow metal parts to cool down before cleaning. Allow the units to cool thorough before putting in or taking off parts. Always use the handle when moving the electric oven.
- To protect against the risk of electrical shock, do not immerse the unit in water or other liquid.
- Do not let the cord dangle oven the edge of table or counter, or touch a hot surface.
- Do not place the appliance near the hot gas or electric burner or other heated oven, for this will cause fire.
- Do not place the appliance on uneven surface, covered or touching flammable material, including curtains, draperies, near a wall or furniture when in operation or it may cause fire
- Do not. store any items on top of the appliance during operation. Do not clean with metal sourcing pad. Pieces will break off the pad and touch electrical part involvi ng a risk of electrical shock.
- The appliance is not to intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate remote-control system.

- When hot, do not apply water to the glass window, this may to breakage the glass.
INSTRUCTION FOR USE

If the oven is positioned close to the wall, the wall will be burned or stained. Do not put anything between the bottom 30 cm. of the body and the surface on which it is set, an object so placed could be damaged due to the heat dispersed by , the oven

If the power cord or plug is damaged. The power cord must be replaced by the manufacturer, its aftersales service or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

Unplug from outlet when not in use, before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning.

This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliances by a person responsible for their safety.

Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance. When unplugging the cord, always hold of the plug. Never pull on the cord only as this may lead to damage of the cord resulting in electric shock.

Avoid wet the power cord or handle the unit with wet hands. Always unplug the cord when not in use. This could avoid possible malfunction and a risk of fire.

The temperature of the accessible surface may be high when the appliance is operating.

When cooking oil-splashing dishes such as roast chicken, it is recommended to put 2 sheets aluminum foils on a tray in order to diminish oil splashing. Put one on a tray. Then oil will drip to a gap between foils.

Rotisserie Forks & Barbecue Accessories
USE INDICATION
- Note :
- Be careful when removing pudding and other hot liquids.
- Rack Support
- There are 4 adjustable tray positions available and this can utilized according to the food type you wish to cook.
Rotisserie Function

Use with Rotisserie Forks:
- With this function, even baking will be provided.
- Rotisserie forks can canny food up to 3 kilograms.*
- Weight may not be up to 3 kg depending on the shape of food.

Install Rotisserie Forks :
- lnstall the Rotisserie Forks to the rotisserie hole, and then put to the rotisserie tray

Remove Rotisserie Forks:
- Use Rotisserie Handle to take out the Rotisserie Forks from the rotis. gerje tray, and then remove it from the rotisserie hole.
- Beware of hot dripping all.

Rotisserie Handle:
- Please 8Wr£fS use Rotisserie Handle to take out the Rotisserie Forks.

Assembling of BBQ accessories

FIX the two Plate on the square axis by screws

Put on the skewer with food to the plate A at the pointed end

Pre-caution for using Rotisserie Forks & Barbecue Accessories
- To prevent danger and injury, please avoid eating the food direct from the barbecue skewer.
- Rotisserie Forks & Barbecue Accessories should be stored in its own place and from children after usage.
Convection Function
- Featured with a special convection function which enables better and even airflow and heat promoting even baking and providing original taste of the food.
Function of Control Knob
HOW TO USE
- Check your local main rated voltage range whether it is the same as stated on the appliance.
- Remove any protective films or stickers from the oven before use.
Before using the oven for the first time
- Heat the empty oven by following the steps below:
- Insert the food tray and wire rack.
- Set the heater select knob to , set the temperature control knob to 250 C and heat the empty oven for about 10 minutes.
- There may be some smoke and burning smell during at first use and every usual upon first usage, Do not regard this as a malfunction.
Operating Instructions

Temperature control knob : Set the temperature control knob for the dishes with you are going to cook.

Convection / Rotisserie knob : Select the suitable combination of function and heating knobs according to the dishes you are going to cook.

Heater selector knob : Select “upper” “Lower” or “Upper and Lower” according to the dishes you are going to cook. You can observe whether the heaters are working or not by observing the indicator light.

Set the arrow on the Timer knob to the number which indicates the cooking time (minutes) according to the dishes you are going to cook.

Set the Timer knob by turning it clockwise. The oven will tum off automatically at the end of the selected time and a bell will ring. When setting the timer to less than 5 mins., tum it to more 6 mins.,
and then back to the required time. -
The oven can be turned off manually during cooking by turning the Timer knob counter – clockwise to the “OFP’ position.

If the inside of the oven is dirty, cooking may take slightly longer than usual.

- The time and temperature setting depend on the amount and method of cooking.
CLEANING AND MAINTANANCE
- Take off the plug and cool down before cleaning.
- When cleaning, wipe the interior and exterior surface with neutral cleanser. Then wipe again with clean water. Avoid use hard brush or any abrasive materials to dean the oven, as not to scrape the interior and exterior surface of the oven.
- Remove the tray and rack and rinse with mild detergent and warm water. Be careful not to scratch the coating.
- Avoid use toxic and abrasive cleaners such as gasoline, polishing powder, solvent.
- Avoid immerse the unit in water.
- Before storing the unit, allow the unit to cool down completely.
