KTC M27P20P Firmware Upgrade Tutorial User Guide
Risk warning: Upgrading the firmware may cause color deviation and abnormal display. KTC official does not recommend that you upgrade by yourself
But we still provide firmware upgrade package and correct upgrade tutorial. Upgrade at your own risk.
Note:

Do not cut off the power during the upgrade process;

The data in the factory menu are display parameters, please do not modify, otherwise it will affect the display display Effect 4. The U disk format is recommended to use FAT32.

View advanced settings-information-confirm whether the firmware version 1.5.2 meets the upgrade conditions

Rename the firmware upgrade file to MERGE.bin and put it in the root directory of the U disk;
(the name must be MERGE.bin)

Insert the U disk into the USB socket near the power Interface

Turn on the display to open the OSD menu: System Settings USB Upgrade Right click to confirm

“Upgrading” appears in the middle of the display screen, and wait for the upgrade to complete (there is a small probability that the upgrade program does not enter after confirmation, you can repeat the third step )

During the upgrade process, the indicator light on the display is in a red state, and the upgrade is complete after the indicator light turns blue; this process lasts for about three minutes, please wait patiently

After the upgrade is completed, the display needs to be powered off and restarted; and call out the OSD menu/factory menu, select reset and confirm
